I was emailed three times to leave a review so here is my experience. It is a not a super positive one. The flooring has been laid for about a month now and it is starting to separate in some places and create gaps. The flooring we chose was laminate and the best quality we could afford after buying a house. The whole time we were receiving our estimate and getting our space measured the woman kept saying how low quality the flooring we chose was. It was the best we could afford. Everytime I would drop off a check no one was at the front desk and I had to go looking for them. I found her in the warehouse talking on facetime. She had no idea I was there dropping off a check. This happened tiwce. During the laying process the installer kept giving weird information like he was gone from our property in the middle of the work day to unload his wife's groceries because he was a gentleman. They cut up the flooring in the middle of our front yard with nothing underneath and now there are millions of microplastics right in our dirt. We plan on having a flower bed there and now there are so many little pieces of plastic its crazy. They threw scrap pieces of our flooring into a pile of construction waste we had in our front yard. They used our cleaning supplies to clean up the flooring mess. Such as our personal broom and dustpan. There was a big enough gap along the wall that the baseboard cannot cover it. We are going to have to have some weird looking caulk. Overall it was a bumpy experience and I am not sure I would reccomend them to a friend.

We had a visit and an estimate within 24 hours of our first call. Flooring installed within a week, and excellent communication throughout the process. Great product, expert installation. Would highly recommend!!

Just had my three seasons room covered with Luxury Vinyl Plank by Floor Coverings International. I’m very satisfied with the entire process starting with our salesman John Schnell, continuing with office manger Michael Kostic, and finally with project manager Nick Terpenning and his installation crew. They did both hardwood floor refinishing and new carpet installation for me. They did an excellent job on both, and were extremely communicative all along the way. I could not have asked for anything more. I highly recommend them.
