Not on time or even skipped days. Wrong size stair tread’s ordered. Patching work instead of doing it correct the first time. I do not recommend.

I wanted to update my previous post with pictures before and after of an amazing job that was absolutely incredible and exceeded my expectations. Very professional and dedicated to coming in and working from 7:30 everyday for 3 days. Great team work. I literally had the carpet rolled out on my concrete floors until the tile was done! Hardworking team. Look no further you won’t regret it.

This place sucks and the owner will rip you off and has people show up that has no idea on what they are doing. My friend paid him a total of 14500 and he ripped him off never finished the project and refuses to give him back his money. The tile work sucks the floor is coming up because the people who did it didn't use the right back board. Showed up with the carpet hanging out a regular truck. Just not good people. Would not recommend ever.....Rick Webster you know who I am talking about a vet who just retired and you took him for his money shame on you.

Communication was great all through the process. Linda and Jeff are very personable and friendly and very easy to work with. Very detailed orientated and appreciated their experience and input; especially good at problem solving. Areas that were always carpeted now have laminate flooring, so a whole new beautiful look. New lower pile carpet and a different installation style then previously on the stairs, which look great and safer to walk on. Can't say enough good things about the flooring and carpet installers, all hard and skilled workers. Highly recommend Linda and her crew at Floor Coverings International!

So hired supreme flooring out of midland michigan... what a mistake.... So the sales person, Roncame out and made decisions he did not clear with me. Dumb me I trusted him and signed the contract on line ... never again. Not to mention I tried to print the contract off and their computer system is so old it all came out as code... jibberish. The initial installer was, well, terrible. Music blaring not turning it down while I tried to question things. Not to mention a real piss poor installation job. Quarter round not long enough in places, horrible inside and outside corner joining, the Wood laminate flooring was not installed per flooring instructions. The one smart thing I did was pay only half. So, the first installer kept going out to speak secretly with the manager. He got upset that I came out to listen. His boss told him to leave... he didnt and tried to come back in to work on the floor. He showed me such disrespect... i told him he needed to go. So the midland supreme flooring manager said we will send someone to fix it but just the quarter round.. well I paid almost $13000 for new floors...By God, it is all going to be fixed . New guy comes in and seems much more detail oriented. He pulls off a segment of the poorly installed quarter round and the initial i installer did not leave the necessary expansion gap. So I said pull it all up and check. He did. 1/2 the WLF did not have a proper , if any, expansion gap. So he had to go around Nand cut one out along the perimeter. But then he starts taking the private calls from his manager and refuses to let me hear it. A pattern. So I guess as the paying customer I am not privy to what involves my home? Now I have photos and videos backing all this up. DO NOT.... Do Not allow supreme flooring installers into your home.

We had been shopping for new flooring for quite some time, but we were nervous about taking on such a big project. Our existing floor was stained and sealed concrete, and we knew it would require quite a bit of preparation before anything new could be installed. Devin with Floor Coverings International came to our home and brought several flooring samples for us to look through. He explained exactly what would need to be done to prepare our concrete and even left us with a sample box so we could lay it out and make sure it was really what we wanted. There was absolutely no pressure to buy! Once we made our decision, Rebecca, the project coordinator, kept us updated on the delivery of our flooring and where we were on the schedule. When installation day arrived, the crew came in and took over. They were extremely courteous and took great care with our furniture and appliances, both moving everything out and putting it all back when the job was finished. Since our project took five days, they also cleaned everything up before leaving each afternoon. If you’re looking for new flooring or carpet, give Floor Coverings International a call. We were very pleased with the entire experience, and hopefully you will be too! ☆Although the flooring may look different from one photo to another, it’s all the same! The lighting simply brings out the different shades and richness of the floor. (There is carpet in the last photo)

My wife and I found Floor Coverings International when we decided to finally put in new flooring through the dining room, kitchen and family room. When we read the rave reviews for FCI, we decided to give them a try. The reviews, in our opinion, are spot-on! Everyone associated with our job, from Steve coming out to show us samples and provide guidance on what would work best, to the crew members who did the installation, were very professional and hard working. The crew did the job in one day, so there was little disruption to our schedules, and they left the rooms spotless. The beautiful floors we now have in place are the result of the great job this company did for us. We highly recommend them!

After going through a few companies for quotes, we ultimately went with Floor Coverings International Leesburg. They gave us a reasonable quote, amazing customer service, and the install was seamless. They worked around our schedule and the end result was an great looking runner up our main staircase. .

My husband and I live in Princeton Indiana and somehow connected with Jason. Even with the distance he, personally, came to our modest home and met with us. We chuckled about how we connected and he said that even though the distance things are sometimes meant to be. Jason spent time helping us make a selection for our forever home. He went over countless samples, price ranges and full room models. Our perfect flooring is now in place, laid by Jason's expert team. Just the nicest people you could possibly ask to work with they were fair and gave me a great deal. The install on the flooring was flawless and they went above and beyond what I even expected.
