Reinel and his team did a fantastic job. They were tasked with a major project including replacing floors, walls, and ceilings after a major flood at my property. They were eager to win my business, were super responsive to all my questions, and started right away, working relentlessly until finishing just 7-10 days later. I walked the property afterwards and was amazed at how good everything looked. Super highly recommend this team!

We bought a 1955 house… but the floors needed much love! I contacted Floor Coverings International for a quote.. the in-home appointment was quickly established and went well. We decided to go with FCI. Our project manager was Peyton. He was very intentional with his efforts and information helping me to understand the process. He was knowledgeable and shared key components of the process that I would need to know for it to be successful. The job was completed in the expected time! The floors are beautiful and I would recommend Peyton at Floor Coverings International.

I met with Jeremy to do some custom areas with some tricky stairs. He came by and gave me an estimate and it was more than fair. His team came on time and had the job done sooner than expected. Can’t recommend them enough. Carpet looks amazing and will be using them for future projects. Thanks!!!

Would rate 6 stars if I could. The company came out really quick - talked through options and education of floors and what I was looking for. Worked with Evan and he really helped me out. He made us feel like our project was top priority, he was on top of everything and the turn around time from picking out the floors to when the floors were installed was so fast! I got carpet and LVP done in my house and my house feels like brand new. Couldn’t reccomend this company any more! Love this place - good group of people over there!

Floor coverings did an excellent job! From the measurements quote to the finish everything was easy. Kaiden and Jacob put all the furniture back and made the process easy. Rick and suri were very easy to work with. I would recommend floor covering international.

Sales person was great to deal With and we got a fair deal on that. However we had issues with a couple seems immediately after install and they have been IMPOSSIBLE to work with. We finally had a date set to come out and attempt to fix them months after our concerns were shared, took the day off work to accommodate their schedule and they stood us up! Emails to the owner have also gone with no response. Highly disappointed. Will be looking elsewhere to replace our carpets.

Coming from the construction/restoration industry, it is refreshing to know a person like Travis, the owner of Floor Coverings International North County. Travis and his team are a wealth of knowledge and are not “salesy”- they have information, communicate it clearly, are professional, and they do amazing work. We’ve worked together in situations where the flooring needs to be replaced due to flooding, and he has responded in a timely manner and with empathy for the circumstance. I will always support and recommend Travis for any property owner that needs new floors due to property loss (fire, flood, etc,) or due to remodeling.

I was very impressed with the wood selections and the helpful staff at FCI. Rudy (sp.?), the installer, was a true craftsman and he was able to work out a few subfloor issues I had. All large furniture moving and trim removal and reinstallation was done well. I would definitely use them again.
