We couldn’t be happier with our new floors! From the very first free estimate visit, Cindy and Tom were a pleasure to work with. Since we shared inspiration photos ahead of time, they arrived with samples that perfectly matched our vision. They even set up a showroom appointment so we could pick tiles that fit both our style and budget. What really set them apart was their expertise; they have a fantastic eye for colors and tones, and Tom is very knowledgeable on all things LVP/Laminate. We ultimately chose them because they are so personable and their installation teams are true pros. We love that the carpet and LVP are made in the USA, and the tile from Mexico is absolutely stunning! Coming home to the warmth these floors provide is the best feeling. Highly recommend!

We needed to get the carpeting off our stairs and replace it with hardwood matching the existing stairs pronto! No problem for Floor Coverings International. They came quickly to survey the job, provided a great bid rapidly, and got started in short order. To put it mildly, we are thrilled. Floor Coverings International communicated very well, was neat and tidy, and their workmanship is magnificent. Their staff is friendly, pleasant, responsive, and very considerate. Floor Coverings International did a great job. Michael came out to give us an estimate and spelled out everything that they would be doing. They gave us the timeframe that everything would be completed after the materials were delivered. The team that they had working was phenomenal. They were courteous and very professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day. We had four rooms of flooring installed and a long hallway. Everything was completed within 3.5 days. The floors look fantastic. We are well pleased with the work that they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have flooring installed. One other thing that I thought was really important is that the owners came out after the work was completed to do a walk-through to make sure that everything was as it should be and that we were pleased with the work. They also stopped through periodically while the work must be done. You pay at the end of the job not the beginning. That was a big surprise🥰

Entire experience was tremendous, from the extra effort Cindy (owner) went to working with the manufacturer to ensure we got the color right to the outstanding install crew who took great care moving the furniture. The clean up was so meticulous it was like they were never here. Highly recommend for any flooring needs.

Robin and his team did beautiful, quality and timely work installing a quality luxury vinyl plank glue down flooring with barricade thermal shield premium subfloor panels in a new basement . All thoroughly secured. Cozy comfortable and attractive. Same flooring on main floor with a thick plywood base , well secured. Highly recommend ! and Robin was always available to answer questions and advise.

We were really impressed with FCI and the work we had done after a water damage insurance claim. Our hardwood floor had to be replaced in half of our kitchen, then sanded and stained to match the rest of the living areas. It was a big job! The new wide hickory planks seamlessly transition to the old, and the finishing work made it all look brand new! You would never notice that we had previous damage. All the contractors were very kind and helpful and eager to please and answer any questions we had! Paul, Connor, Bill, and the entire team did a fantastic job! Thank you so much!
