As other reviews mentioned, Asit came in and was very professional, detailed, and appeared genuine, however, we were sorely mistaken. We hired floor coverings International based on initial experience. However, when Asit did not order enough tile for our project, he left us with an unfinished bathroom for over 2 weeks. When I mentioned concerns about the uneven subfloor based on other contractor comments when we were getting quotes, Asit ASSURED us it wouldn't be a problem. Less than 3 weeks after the job was FINALLY complete, we saw a crack in the exact location of the uneven subfloor as shown in the photo. When we contacted Asit, he said the crack in the floor was normal and then ghosted us. We are still trying to get in touch with him to get this resolved. My suggestion to anyone considering this company is if you choose them, pay attention to your project details and cross your finges that it is done property and well the first time because I don't know if my bathroom will ever be fixed at this rate. We are consulting with an attorney given the issues we have had.

We are very satisfied with our hardwood flooring project. From start to finish, Floor Coverings International provided professional service and quality workmanship. The project was completed on the promised timeline, and we appreciated the care and attention given at the end of the job to ensure everything was clean and finished properly. The only challenge we experienced was a slight language barrier with the installers, but it did not affect the overall outcome of the project. We are happy with how everything turned out and would gladly recommend Floor Coverings International for their professionalism and beautiful results.

Wow! What a great company to work with. Preston is amazing. He asked a few questions via phone, then came out with samples it was easy to pick from - he brought all the right samples. He also asked if we wanted to change the waterfall stairs to bullnose - something I hadn’t even considered, but it looks wonderful. He has a wonderful personality and does not “hard sell”. We bought on the spot. We were starting a several week renovation and carpet was last so he periodically checked in as he was looking at schedules. The team that installed the carpet was respectful with our furniture and home. I can’t believe the cleanup job they did and very much appreciated it. What a nice team - all were nice and polite. I plan to have a rug made and won’t even look anyplace else I’m picky and from sales to delivery everything was perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
