I can’t speak highly enough about Robin and his team. I was looking to replace 26-year-old carpeting in the basement and staircase. Robin spent a lot of time with me going over the luxury vinyl options for the floor as well as carpeting options for the staircase. He keeps samples in his truck; thus, we were able to easily explore numerous options. I’m not known for my decision-making abilities, but Robin was patient and applied no pressure since his goal was to make sure I was happy with my selections. Robin’s recommendations based on his knowledge of lighting, my stated preferences and the use of automation to superimpose the various flooring options greatly enhanced the decision-making process. In the end I was extremely comfortable with my choices of Carolina Hickory flooring and Serene Still carpeting – names that will be embedded in my mind forever! What was estimated to be a two-day job took one day; the installation team worked non-stop and did an awesome job. When one minor item was noted during the final walk through, it was immediately rectified. Robin would not accept anything less than my 100% satisfaction with the outcome. Robin’s personality, love of his profession and obvious pride in his work made him a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International! The comments I’ve received on my "new" basement have all been positive – from the great job that was done to my flooring/carpeting selections. Thank you Robin!

This Team is excellent! The price was very fair and Robin was great in consulting us and assisting us to pick the right floors for us. The mobile showroom concept with all their samples is clever and so convenient. We usually don’t make a decision on the spot but this just felt right. Robins installer crew was on time and did a wonderful job. We love our new luxury vinyl floors! Thank you Floor Coverings International of Southeast Knoxville! Definitely will hire them again!

Robin and his team did an excellent job. The luxury vinyl turned out awesome. Looks so good. They were super fast on the turn around from start to finish. The installers were quick but precise. We are very happy. Glad we found Floor Coverings International of Southeast Knoxville on Google! Definitely recommend them if you are looking to remodel or need new floors!

This is by far the best flooring company in Knoxville! We needed new floors bad. With 4 kids at home our floors experienced a beating over the years. When we called Robin got us on his schedule within the same week for his free in home consultation. He showed us what we were looking for and the price was super fair. Floor Coverings International in Knoxville is an amazing Company! We needed new floors throughout the house. Robin and his team did amazing from the initial “no pressure” consultation with beautiful flooring samples we could look at in our own home, to the install. Our new Hardwood floors look amazing.
