Robin and his crew do incredible work at a great pace and a great price. They've replaced the carpet in most of my house with LVP on 2 separate occasions. The LVP was recommended by Robin himself and has elevated the feel of my home and held up against multiple pets. Robin has stopped by the day after installation both times to ensure the work was to his high standards. I will absolutely continue to be a return client to complete the rest of the house.

I have worked with Robbin twice now. Very professional and fairly priced. I have had two installations done in my house now at different times. The work was second to none, if you are in the market for floor installation and don't call Robbin first you have made a mistake. I will leverage Robbins services whenever I need floor work done. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the East TN area.

The sales rep was a joy and brings all the samples right to your door to see! The installers worked hard! And they are not gonna leave until they finish so be prepared for that ahead and let the scheduler know if you have evening plans to work around. We had all carpet removed from upstairs and stairs, replaced stair carpet for safety and LVP throughout the upstairs.

Robin was very easy to work with on getting an estimate. Multiple other companies would not even respond or follow up. They were able to get me on the schedule faster then I expected. Floors were sanded, stained and sealed and all was finished today. Floors look awesome! Jeff did an amazing job on refinishing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these folks.

The best! Robin and his team were so professional and friendly. Excellent recommendations (I wasn't super sure about which way I wanted to go with a new wood floor, and Robin was very helpful), and the install folks (Jeff and his son) were great! These guys are awesome; highly recommend. My new floors look amazing.

They made a bad situation (sewage backup in the basement) as stress free as possible. My new flooring looks amazing. They were able to complete my big job in one day. I am saving up to have them out for another project soon!

I had a great experience with these guys and would highly recommend. They refinished my hardwoods, installed tile where there used to be laminate and installed luxury vinyl in the back rooms where there was mismatched laminate. They were all friendly, showed up when promised and cleaned up any mess they made along the way. I will definitely reach out again if and when I make any changes.
