We had a big project that included luxury vinyl, tile backsplash, and carpet, and this team handled it all flawlessly. Their crew arrived on time every day and worked efficiently without cutting corners. They were polite, detail oriented, and happy to answer all our questions. We were particularly impressed with how they protected our furniture and cleaned up like professionals each evening. When they were done, our home looked brand new. FCI was the perfect choice for my luxury vinyl installation. I had water damaged hardwood floors and needed to have them replaced. Robin, the owner, drove the company van that contained all of the samples of their flooring options. I was able to see the flooring in my home before making a final decision. Robin even came to my home a second time to show me the samples again so I could confirm my choice before beginning the project. Robin even stayed after the quote to help me fill out the online application for financing. The installation went very well. The workers were punctual, friendly, professional, and efficient. I was thoroughly impressed with the finished look of the luxury vinyl. I truly appreciate FCI. The quote I received was competitive and transparent. Robin answered all of my questions, as we communicated via phone and email during the process. He even came to my home, a third time to see the finished products and to thank me for my business. The quality of the flooring and the workmanship is impeccable. I strongly recommend FCI to anyone who wants reliable, quality service. Really bad experience. I would look elsewhere. The guy who owns this franchise was dishonest with us. You can fix mistakes, you can't fix character... and if he screwed us over, he's willing to do it again.

We had a water leak at our home and needed all the carpet and needed all the carpet and tile replaced. Had only lived in Maryville a few months and did not know any contractors. We were introduced to Robin by a contractor doing insurance work at our home. Robin came over with Luxury Vinyl Plank and Berber. Carpet. Both quality products. I used to own rentals so I have a little knowledge of products. Did not get a hard sales pitch sales pitch. Said he would get us an estimate in a few days which he did.We left town for 2 weeks to let the mitigators get to work on the water damage. When we returned we met with Robin on the straight days at 9AM sharp. He really worked hard for our business and had many tips on the remodel we really appreciated. The flow of the Luxury Vinyl Plank and the Berber carpet were excellent.. Would recommend Robin for any of you're Carpet and Luxury Vinyl Tile needs. D and J Callender

Through several conversations and meetings, we developed a great confidence in Robin and his crew. Robin gave us some great ideas and suggestions for our kitchen and den floors. He has a great eye for color, decor, and making suggestions. Once we picked out our flooring, our installation date was promptly set. His staff communicated well of when they would be here, and what to expect during the week of installation. They were very skilled and did an incredibly great job. We could not be happier. We loved the convenience of their Mobile Flooring Showroom®, which brings thousands of samples directly to your location, and their expertise in handling commercial projects with professional installation and personalized consultations. Unfortunately, we had already completed our artificial turf installation just before discovering them, so we weren't able to partner on this project. That said, we're highly impressed with their focus on quality commercial flooring solutions in the Knoxville area and would absolutely consider them for any future expansions or updates.
