We have been so very impressed with Floor Coverings International since the first day we met them. They are polite, honest, professional and pleasant to work with. Through several conversations and meetings, we developed a great confidence in Robin and his crew. Robin gave us some great ideas and suggestions for our kitchen and den floors. He has a great eye for color, decor, and making suggestions. Once we picked out our flooring, our installation date was promptly set. His staff communicated well of when they would be here, and what to expect during the week of installation. They were very skilled and did an incredibly great job. We could not be happier. Our floors are so beautiful. We 100% trust and recommend Floor Coverings International for any of your flooring needs.

As the leadership team at JG Academy, a premier baseball training facility in Knoxville, TN, we were recently upgrading our indoor training spaces and researched several options for commercial flooring services. Floor Coverings International of Southeast Knoxville stood out with their excellent reputation for commercial flooring installation, including durable options like luxury vinyl plank, laminate, carpet, and tile—perfect for high-traffic areas in training academies, gyms, and sports facilities. We loved the convenience of their Mobile Flooring Showroom®, which brings thousands of samples directly to your location, and their expertise in handling commercial projects with professional installation and personalized consultations. Unfortunately, we had already completed our artificial turf installation just before discovering them, so we weren't able to partner on this project. That said, we're highly impressed with their focus on quality commercial flooring solutions in the Knoxville area and would absolutely consider them for any future expansions or updates. We had a very positive experience with Flooring International. They are reasonably priced, show up when they say they will, and do excellent work. They even came over and refinished a section of flooring my old cat threw up on, just after the refinishing had been completed, free of charge. I was so distraught, as the finish was damaged, as it happened overnight, but, thankfully, Robin and his crew made the damaged area good as new. We are very pleased and highly recommend Flooring International!

Robin and his team were amazing to work with. We were having flooring installed after another company was finished with remediation. Robin and his team were able to schedule us where there wouldn’t be any time lost on our tight schedule. I called Sean and said “I wanna change the flooring I picked out!” Not a problem! There’s literally nothing that these guys can’t handle. Robin met me in my work parking lot to decide on flooring. We weren’t able to meet the installation team for an hour difference and they locked our home and made sure our garage was locked. When it came time to check out the new floors they were sparkling. Just an all around great experience. Hire these guys- they do what they say they’ll do and then some more.
