Floor Coverings International of Southeast Knoxville did an outstanding job on our home. We needed to replace old carpet and dated laminate, and Robin brought the mobile showroom right to our house so we could see samples of luxury vinyl plank, engineered hardwood, and carpet in our own lighting. We ended up choosing beautiful hickory engineered hardwood for the main living areas and waterproof luxury vinyl plank for the kitchen, bathrooms, and basement. The team also refinished some existing hardwood and installed new stair carpet for safety. Everything was measured, ordered, and installed on time. The installers were professional, respectful of our home, and left the place clean. The new floors look amazing, feel solid underfoot, and have completely brightened and updated the house. Highly recommend Floor Coverings International for anyone in the Knoxville area looking for hardwood floor installation, luxury vinyl plank, carpet, or full flooring replacement. Great experience from start to finish!

Robin and his crew do incredible work at a great pace and a great price. They've replaced the carpet in most of my house with LVP on 2 separate occasions. The LVP was recommended by Robin himself and has elevated the feel of my home and held up against multiple pets. Robin has stopped by the day after installation both times to ensure the work was to his high standards. I will absolutely continue to be a return client to complete the rest of the house.

I have worked with Robbin twice now. Very professional and fairly priced. I have had two installations done in my house now at different times. The work was second to none, if you are in the market for floor installation and don't call Robbin first you have made a mistake. The sales rep was a joy and brings all the samples right to your door to see! The installers worked hard! And they are not gonna leave until they finish so be prepared for that ahead and let the scheduler know if you have evening plans to work around. We had all carpet removed from upstairs and stairs, replaced stair carpet for safety and LVP throughout the upstairs.
