Robin and his team were amazing to work with. We were having flooring installed after another company was finished with remediation. Robin and his team were able to schedule us where there wouldn’t be any time lost on our tight schedule. I called Sean and said “I wanna change the flooring I picked out!” Not a problem! There’s literally nothing that these guys can’t handle. Robin met me in my work parking lot to decide on flooring. We weren’t able to meet the installation team for an hour difference and they locked our home and made sure our garage was locked. When it came time to check out the new floors they were sparkling. Just an all around great experience. Hire these guys- they do what they say they’ll do and then some more.

One of their drivers (lp: 50962) was so busy focusing on his phone he didnt even realize he was running cars off the highway merging without looking or signaling. Dont call these guys unless you want them to kill somebody on their way to you. Edit: apparently the franchise owner didnt like this review because he decided to stalk me online and attempt to harrass me on social media, he is now blocked across the board, extremely unprofessional, instead of using this avenue and apologizing for his horrid driving which wouldve probably removed the review he decided to hunt me down outside of this which is ridiculous, definitely would never trust this crazy guy anywhere near my family

Robin and his team from Floor Coverings Intl. were nothing short of AMAZING during the entire process of recommending and laying down our new luxury vinyl planking. We live in a cabin in Louisville and were stuck with grey, uneven vinyl floors put in by previous owners that made the house look smaller and darker than it truly was. It was cracking and coming up in places and I actually put my foot through spot that was missing support. We decided to go with the Royal Sands LVP (it’s pricier but stunning) that has a beautiful light woodgrain, and consists of wider and longer planks. His team was fantastic helping us move our larger pieces of furniture, evening out our subfloor, laying the planks down, replacing our trim, bullnosing stairs, etc. They worked constantly from 9-5 (sometimes 6) for 4 days. We absolutely couldn’t be happier and the house looks amazing! Highly highly highly recommend.
