Robin and the crew was outstanding. He came in with the mentality to bless us with new floors and he did. He was honest and showed great integrity instead of just trying to sell us something. He was patient and made us feel comfortable until we were ready to make a decision. The installation took only 2 days. We thought it was going to take 2 weeks. Our Luxury Vinyl Floors look amazing and we sleep so much better knowing that our house was taken care of. The installers were very respectful with our home and as kind as it could be. I cant say enough good to describe my experience with these guys. From the onsite meeting /estimate with Robin Haffer to the actual installation with Jeff. Robin took his time to make us feel comfortable with the process and explained in detail what the process would be. As well as the courtesy visit to inspect the project the next morning after it was completed. We felt as if he was doing our project as a friend! Jeff was our installer. He showed up on time every day and did an excellent job! Couldn't ask for more. Let me say this is a 55 year old house with original oak hardwood in it. It had some pretty bad spots in it as well ad some bows in the floor itself due to our house “settling” over the years. I would challenge you not to think these were brand new floors. And he cleaned up as if he had never been there. You can’t go wrong with these guys!!!

Could not ask for much more from Floor Coverings International. Robin was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with questions and opinions and options. He was always on time for meetings and easy to work with. We bought a 75 year old house with some major stain issues on the oak floors. Robin’s refinisher, Jeff, was able to pull out the stained planks and feather in new ones. If you didn’t know where the feathering took place you wouldn’t know it was even done! Fantastic job that was finished early. We got multiple bids and Robin was the low bid. You can’t go wrong with Floor Coverings International.

My husband and I moved to Seymour almost 2 years ago and found a home we love. The only drawback was it was carpeted throughout the home with a builders grade carpeting. We had been looking at flooring at all the big box stores but never felt we were getting answers to some of the questions we had. Then my husband remembered calling Floor Coverings Int. about a year and a half ago about a different project and he liked their honesty. He called and scheduled for Robin to come out and show us some flooring samples. Robin was very friendly and he helped us with a few options that would look good in our home. We chose a beautiful flooring and the team did a great job installing it. They were professional, respectful and they cleaned up after they finished. We love our new flooring. It transformed our home.

Robin was our savior! My home had huge subfloor issues. Multiple Contractors declined to help us. Floor Coverings International came to the rescue. The supported our subfloors, ripped out the old run down floors. Installed the new floors and all that within less than 3 Days. I am handicapped and couldn’t maneuver through the house without tripping. I can finally live in my house now. The luxury vinyl floors are amazing! Thank you for all your help to Robin and Team!

Robin was very patient and informative. Although we weren’t sure what materials to pick he made sure to spend the time to help us pinpoint what would look best in our sunroom. He has a great amount of knowledge and showed passion in helping us. Definitely recommend for all your flooring needs!
