We did not have a good experience. We refinished our hardwood floors. Although they tried they needed to rebuff the entire floor because of an issue. I do not believe they did a good job resealing after this. There are many scratches and the floor is less than 1 yr since the service. I am sad when I look at them every day

I cannot say enough amazing things about Floor Coverings International! They truly made the entire flooring process seamless, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable from start to finish.The fact that they brought the showroom directly to my home was a GAME CHANGER. I didn’t have to drive all over town trying to imagine what flooring would look like under different lighting or in my actual space. Being able to see everything in the true conditions of my home made such a difference and helped us make the best decision for our aesthetic and lifestyle. What stood out most was how much they genuinely cared about what WE wanted. They spent so much time helping us find the perfect fit for our home, style, and vision. When my husband and I changed directions because we had different opinions, they never made us feel difficult or rushed. Instead, they patiently sent photos, texted ideas, researched colors, and worked tirelessly until we BOTH truly loved what we chose. That level of care is rare. Scheduling was easy, prompt, and efficient. They installed while I was away and kept me updated every step of the process with photos and communication. I truly cannot imagine the experience being any easier or better. Their entire team is kind, caring, professional, and focused on doing what is right for the customer, not just making a sale. The follow-up and communication throughout the entire process were incredible, and they were present every step of the way before, during, and after installation. Now my home feels absolutely beautiful and perfectly matches the exact aesthetic I dreamed of. I am beyond grateful and would recommend Floor Coverings International to absolutely anyone looking for flooring done the RIGHT way.

Chris and his team did an amazing job from start to finish! They came to do a repair in my home that I thought was going to be difficult and more work than I was looking forward to BUT NO! Through great communication and a few photos of my issue, Chris was able to trouble shoot and provide a solution that was efficient and affordable. Clayton and the crew were absolutely awesome to work with! The crew came in professionally, on time and worked efficiently without rushing the job. They also made sure that I was 100% satisfied before leaving. I’ve received so many compliments already on my carpet and how nice the install looks.
