Scott and his guys were great! They came over on a Thursday night, surveyed the previous damage to my floors, and quickly came up with a plan to get them repaired and new flooring installed, all in about a week. It was a painless process at a fair price, with great professionalism. I will use them again!

Scott & his entire team at Floor Coverings International were a great experience start to finish. He offered a good selection of flooring options with advice about each offering. We were in the process of moving out of a house over 150 miles away. He worked with our very hectic schedule and did everything he could to accommodate our needs. The installation went without issue and was completed in a very timely manner. The end results were much better than expected. We would highly recommend Scott & his team for any of your flooring needs.

Scott and team were amazing! Scott was really helpful in guiding us to the best flooring choices for our bedrooms. He offered helpful recommendations and good insight as the value of each of the options. He wasn't pushy at all, but was very patient with us. We ended up wanting to change our mind at the last minute and Scott drove all the way over with new samples. He worked with us until we finally landed on an option we were happy with. And wow, we are so impressed with the work! We couldn't be more pleased with our floors. We look at it every day and we're thrilled with the results. Scott was awesome. He showed us different options and ways to carpet our house all at once or how to break it up. He also stayed involved in the installation process. We will be going back when we finish the house.

Scott did not follow up on his team's work when I told him it seemed messy. He sent his team back but they spoke little English so trying to tell them what I needed fixed was impossible. Come to find out later that it was actually done completely wrong. My previously level floor is now warped. Instead of replacing rotted out subfloor they just put wood on top of it. They broke my toilet flange and my door. I told Scott about the door but he never responded. It cost me more for the adjustments to make their shoddy work livable than it did for them to come in the first place. *UPDATE: Since posting this review Scott did reach out, apologise, and issue a complete refund. He also offered to do repairs for free but I had already finished the project.*
