From start to finish the experience was great. Almost immediately after reaching out on the website I received a call & an onsite appointment. Clay came out & walked the site with me & we went over multiple options. Pretty quickly I had estimates to go several directions with my renovations. After meeting I had several more questions & Clay came out again to make sure everything was clear & matched up with the estimate options. A few tweaks to the product type we wanted to use & things were off to the races. The crew was fast & professional & worked the Holiday to get the job complete while the office team was out. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International for your next project.

Had a great experience—from the initial quote, follow-up, scheduling to install! Clayton was very knowledgeable, helpful and kept in contact during the whole process. The install team did an amazing job with the removal of old carpet and install of the laminate and carpet. They were professional and fast. Would definitely use again!

Clayton was extremely communicative and professional with us from the very beginning. After I told him which laminate tile I wanted, he got to work right away on ordering it and took the time to answer all of my husband’s questions thoroughly and promptly. I expected the process to take much longer, but the flooring arrived within about a week, and installation was completed the following week. Gonzalo and his team did an amazing job, everything turned out even better than I had imagined. They were courteous, efficient, and even helped us re-install part of our existing flooring that we pulled up to fix some water damage. Overall, my husband and I are very satisfied with our experience and highly recommend Floor Coverings International!

Scott at Floor Coverings International went above and beyond to help us with our floor replacements. From the start in 2024, he was always available to answer any questions we had—and if he didn’t know the answer, he made sure to point us in the right direction. We first started looking for floors late last year and decided to move forward with the purchase in August of 2025. Throughout that entire time, Scott remained helpful, responsive, and professional. We couldn’t be happier with the experience. I can’t recommend Floor Coverings International enough—and especially Scott for his outstanding customer service! Also, for those wondering, we did an entire house floor install while installing new counters and painting.
