Throughout the process I changed my mind a few times on the color we wanted, and Tom was very accommodating and did not make me feel like it was an inconvenience. He was very quick and thorough when it came to writing up the quote each time I changed it. The crew that came over and installed the carpet was Gama, and they were also professional and respectful. They did a great job and I couldn’t be more pleased with the final result. The carpet is great quality and the memory foam pad underneath is very comfortable!
