I don't even know where to begin the people there are really nice yes that is correct but ordering a tile and waiting for it to be received takes so long. I would not recommend ordering from this place at all. I have a job that was supposed to be done last month and my tile is still not here, but this is ridiculous.

David and Lisa Hawkens are great to work with. They have a wide selection of product. They are patient courteous and knowledgeable about their products. The flooring we purchased was delivered in a timely and efficient manner. they went the extra mile to see that we were satisfied after the flooring was installed. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience. our kitchen really looks great!

Excellent work, easy to work with, understood all of my requirements and worked to make sure everything went smoothly. I was a bit nervous to have my entire floor refinished (as I didn't know what to expect since I had never done it) and they made it so that if I had to do it again, I'd rehire them in a second. We moved into a new home and quickly realized we needed new carpeting. We made an inquiry on a home improvement referral site and boy am I glad we did! David was quick to reply and thorough in his explanations of the products provided. His install team was top notch and didn’t think twice about letting our curious little boys watch the process. In short I could not be more pleased with the product received and the service as well. Added bonus- Pricing was extremely competitive. For ANY flooring needs - check them out! You won’t be disappointed!

We had such a wonderful experience with David and Lisa at Floor Coverings International! We purchased a custom stair runner, and from start to finish, they were such pros! They made the process incredibly convenient, and brought samples to our home for us to check out. Lisa was able to answer all of my questions with ease, and walked me through the pros and cons of each carpet. The install was scheduled promptly, and our stairs look gorgeous. You should definitely consider them for all of your flooring needs!
