The first company that gave me a quote for new flooring, dropped the ball. And that was a good thing as I called Floor Coverings International on a Saturday, and the owner, Chris picked up the phone and met me at my house within an hour! You ever meet someone you want to do business with simply because they are on-the-ball and know their stuff? That was how I felt about chris and his pricing was much more competitive that the other company; HUGE bonus. But the real proof was in the pudding as Chris worked with our contractor on a very tricky timing schedule and got the project done on time, and the exact price I was quoted. And the flooring looked great! I highly recommend Floor Coverings International. Even our general contractor who had recommended the first flooring company said Floor Coverings International was great and meticulous in every detail of their work. Very impressed by this company headed by a charming gentleman named Chris. He not only was very patient with me as I struggled to make decisions regarding type of flooring I wanted and then which color to blend with existing tile in high traffic areas. He had said he had a great team of installers, and he was so right. Arlon and Elwin lived up to his praises and the bonus helpers meant the job was done in one day when I had thought 2 or maybe even 3. Floor Coverings International did an outstanding job fixing my luxury vinyl flooring after it was installed incorrectly. The floors were uneven and unsafe, but Chris, the owner, responded right away, was honest about the issue, and knew exactly how to fix it. Chris brought in his expert team to assess the problem. They were professional, respectful, and took pride in their work. The floors now look beautiful, are level, and are properly installed. The price was more than fair, and I was treated with the utmost respect throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International—they truly went above and beyond.
