Chris is amazing! I called him on a Monday night and not only did he return my call 1st thing in the morning, he was at my house with samples that afternoon. He was patient and explained the various options and colors. He let us walk on different padding options to find just the right one. We ordered the carpet right there and it was delivered and installed in now time. It was fast! Like a week later. If you need new carpet, Chris is the best! No need to go to the store, he’ll just come right to your house. Awesome! Thank you!!

My experience was world class!! I can’t think of any time where I’ve had a better service experience. Chris Minick and Katie Bryant are true professionals who understand customer care and quality. They took the time to listen and understand the problem that I was experiencing and then went on to engage other experts to not only validate the problem but to find solutions. Their installation team is highly knowledgeable and experienced and did an incredible job with minimal to no disruptions. When they found a separate unrelated problem, they simply solved it. If the definition of wood customer service is to meet expectations 100% of the time, I can definitely say that they exceeded 100% of my expectations. Saying that Chris, Katie and team went above and beyond is truly an understatement.

Chris (owner) and Katie (project manager) were very responsive and always kept in contact during the flooring removal and installation. It wasn't an easy project but they were diligent and the project came out great. Great job!

I thought customer service was a thing of the past until I was fortunate enough to find FCI! We were looking to replace carpet with LVP. I saw the awesome reviews, submitted a contact request and within an hour Chris (owner) called me. He came to our home, brought samples, gave us many options within various price ranges. The best part, he took pictures of our home and was able to show us virtually how it would look! I would have made a big mistake if I had just gone with my thoughts for very light colored floors! We are absolutely thrilled with every aspect from initial contact to installation and then both Chris and Katy (project manager) came by for a final inspection! Do not go to big box stores! This awesome company can provide you with a perfect outcome! Thanks again to Chris and Katy!

We are very pleased with Floor Covering International. The floor in our Master Bedroom looks nicer than I had hoped for. Dealing with Chris, Katie and Jason was a pleasure. They are very professional, honest and very easy to work with. The job was done in the time they promised; they also did a nice job of cleaning up after they completed the work. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with this company and the exceptional job on our new floors. Chris was so patient with my wife while she was picking out the floors. Chris even made a second trip back when my wife thought she wanted a different color. Chris and Katie came often to oversee every step of the process making us feel like we were more than valued customers. Their dedication, professionalism and personal attention to our needs made us feel like we were family. Chris and Katie went above and beyond their professional duties to please us. The installers were also hard working, thorough and completed the job to a level that exceeded our expectations. Moreover, we couldn't be happier with their cleaning service that left our home in an immaculate and pristine condition. Now all we have to do is sit back and admire our elegant new floors.

If there was an option to give more than a five star review for Floor Coverings, International I would! The owner, Chris, went above and beyond to help us out in a short time period to obtain our choice of flooring and install it for us shortly after we purchased a home. Chris is not only professional, but super personable, and I enjoyed working with him. His installers did a professional job in a timely manner and we are very pleased with their work.
