Floor Coverings International did an outstanding job fixing my luxury vinyl flooring after it was installed incorrectly. The floors were uneven and unsafe, but Chris, the owner, responded right away, was honest about the issue, and knew exactly how to fix it. Chris brought in his expert team to assess the problem. They were professional, respectful, and took pride in their work. The floors now look beautiful, are level, and are properly installed. The price was more than fair, and I was treated with the utmost respect throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International—they truly went above and beyond.

I cannot say enough about Chris and his team! 100% excellent service from start to finish. I needed to have my parents Hardwood Floors replaced in Hilton Head after a leak in the kitchen. I manage their home from Atlanta Georgia. I never got to personally meet Chris or Katie, but the job was done to perfection! They arrived on time, kept a clean job site, were very courteous to my elderly parents, and completed the job in two days as promised. Chris, Katie and the whole team were great to work with. Very professional, efficient, knowledgeable in details to help make good decisions. I replaced the carpet in three rooms to flooring. The house was almost five years old and the flooring in the rest of the house had been discontinued. They matched the flooring the best they could and it looks great. Thank you Chris and Katie.
