Every once in a while you get a customer experience with a real WOW factor, and that was absolutely my experience with Floor Coverings International in Bluffton, SC—especially with Chris, Jason, and Katie. Jason handled the estimate promptly and helped us find a perfect match to our carpet from nearly 10 years ago—spot on in color, style, and quality. I compared multiple estimates, and theirs was clearly the best value. Katie and I followed up ahead of installation to confirm all the details, which made things easy for me since I was on a deadline. On installation day, the crew showed up an hour early, moved all the furniture, removed the old carpet, installed new carpet in two rooms, and put everything back exactly as it was. It’s a large crew that works seamlessly as a team. Katie followed up afterward to make sure everything was done right. Excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Bluffton, South Carolina.

Floor Coverings International did an incredible job removing tile from the bathroom and the kitchen, repairing subfloors, and installing vinyl flooring. floors had to be leveled as well. All debris was hauled away also. The crew was very gracious with me because I had just had surgery and it was important that they knew what to do in my absence. They were careful with my home, and I felt very comfortable in their presence. They were always on time and kept very good communication with me. I highly recommend them.

Chris is amazing! I called him on a Monday night and not only did he return my call 1st thing in the morning, he was at my house with samples that afternoon. He was patient and explained the various options and colors. He let us walk on different padding options to find just the right one. We ordered the carpet right there and it was delivered and installed in now time. It was fast! Like a week later. If you need new carpet, Chris is the best! No need to go to the store, he’ll just come right to your house. Awesome! Thank you!!

My experience was world class!! I can’t think of any time where I’ve had a better service experience. Chris Minick and Katie Bryant are true professionals who understand customer care and quality. They took the time to listen and understand the problem that I was experiencing and then went on to engage other experts to not only validate the problem but to find solutions. Their installation team is highly knowledgeable and experienced and did an incredible job with minimal to no disruptions. When they found a separate unrelated problem, they simply solved it. If the definition of wood customer service is to meet expectations 100% of the time, I can definitely say that they exceeded 100% of my expectations. Saying that Chris, Katie and team went above and beyond is truly an understatement.

Chris (owner) and Katie (project manager) were very responsive and always kept in contact during the flooring removal and installation. It wasn't an easy project but they were diligent and the project came out great. Great job!

I thought customer service was a thing of the past until I was fortunate enough to find FCI! We were looking to replace carpet with LVP. I saw the awesome reviews, submitted a contact request and within an hour Chris (owner) called me. He came to our home, brought samples, gave us many options within various price ranges. The best part, he took pictures of our home and was able to show us virtually how it would look! I would have made a big mistake if I had just gone with my thoughts for very light colored floors! We are absolutely thrilled with every aspect from initial contact to installation and then both Chris and Katy (project manager) came by for a final inspection! Do not go to big box stores! This awesome company can provide you with a perfect outcome! Thanks again to Chris and Katy!
