My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with this company and the exceptional job on our new floors. Chris was so patient with my wife while she was picking out the floors. Chris even made a second trip back when my wife thought she wanted a different color. Chris and Katie came often to oversee every step of the process making us feel like we were more than valued customers. Their dedication, professionalism and personal attention to our needs made us feel like we were family. Chris and Katie went above and beyond their professional duties to please us. The installers were also hard working, thorough and completed the job to a level that exceeded our expectations. Moreover, we couldn't be happier with their cleaning service that left our home in an immaculate and pristine condition. Now all we have to do is sit back and admire our elegant new floors.

If there was an option to give more than a five star review for Floor Coverings, International I would! The owner, Chris, went above and beyond to help us out in a short time period to obtain our choice of flooring and install it for us shortly after we purchased a home. Chris is not only professional, but super personable, and I enjoyed working with him. His installers did a professional job in a timely manner and we are very pleased with their work. Chris and the team was amazing to work with for the installation of our new carpet. They were able to help us rip out the old carpet and even take the time to pull up the old staples left in the hardwood! Wonderful job done.

This company makes buying new flooring easy. From the start of picking out the materials till the final install. Chris and Katy are with you every step of the way. As a matter of fact, Chris spent an hour with me, picking out the best flooring for my house. Also their work is so good that I originally wanted to do part of my house but ended up doing the rest of my house because they were a pleasure to work with and the work was great. I’ve gotten so many compliments.

I wish I had a before picture. There was previous old dark water damage that was black. We found 2 boxes of the flooring in the garage. They came out immediately for a consultation and within 48 hours had our floors repaired and looking brand new! Very prompt and professional service and terrific workmanship.

From the moment we met Chris Minick, we knew we were in good hands with FCI. We had a large-scale project, removing ten rooms of marble tile, carpeting, and hardwood, after which LVF was installed. Chris brought large sample sizes of the flooring choices at our first meeting, and also shared an app which showed what our rooms would look like with the flooring (in photos). It made the selection process so easy. All the work was done while we were out of town, and our entire home was professionally cleaned so that when we returned, we could immediately enjoy our new floors. Katie Bryant, our project manager, kept us updated throughout the process. Not only were the customer service, workmanship, and results exceptional, FCI's prices beat the competition. You won't be disappointed hiring FCI!
