The flooring is beautiful and the installers were courteous and knowledgeable. I would have given a 5 star rating but the installers need to protect the surrounding work area with plastic or a covering to mitigate dust during demo.

The flooring was a great addition to what I already had. The technician’s took their time removing the older hardwood flooring that was worn and replaced it with the new and they were very professional, and the work was completed in a very timely manner as my home was on the market to be sold and the upgrade was necessary. I am very pleased with the product and finished work.

Great customer service! I needed new carpets for a rental property after some filthy tenants ruined them. They came to the house and provided us with an unbelievably good price, much better than some of the other companies I contacted. Their communication during the process was excellent, and they installed the new carpets in just a few hours. The carpet is great quality and looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again if needed.

We drove an hour to visit the store only to find the door locked with no note and no one answering the phone. The advertised store hours were from 9:00 to 3:00. This was very disappointing and poor customer service. Yelp does not have a "zero " star selection!

We are thrilled with our new kitchen and bathroom floors. Starting with Brea and her expertise with helping us choose the right design for our home. She listened to and addressed our concerns, and made sure everything was perfect when the installers were finished. We can’t say thank you enough to the installers who did an outstanding job.
