it took almost 2 years for me to get the runner for my staircase. They glued the final product down without placing padding underneath, I even asked the sales rep about padding under the carpet and she said it would make it stand up too far. I contacted the sales rep and I contacted the manager about the wear on the stair tread, supposed to get in touch with the distributor to see if I can be reimbursed. no response no return phone calls. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

These guys were great. We own a rental and needed new floors on the second floor to match the first. They measured and gave several options at different price points. I was able to find some nice floors in our budget. The installation was beautiful. Very happy.

What a seamless, pleasant experience. Rob came to our house to give us an estimate. He was able to measure the square footage in about 2 minutes. Has got some basic info from us on what we wanted, and brought in several samples from his mobile showroom. We decided on a carpet and pad, and he was able to give us a firm turnkey price in about 30 seconds. We were so comfortable with him that we didn't even get a second quote. Less than two weeks later our carpet was in. The install crew was absolutely awesome. They moved all the furniture, installed the carpet, cleaned up, hauled the old carpet off and even vacuumed. They were very professional and when we got home that evening, everything was where it should be and we had beautiful new carpet. it was a great experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone. And.....they are a local company.

Great experience with Floor International. The team was easy to work with, communicated well, and delivered on time. The refinished wood floors look great—clean, smooth, and professionally done. Rob (owner) and his foreman, Allen, were attentive, on time, and stood by their work. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work without the hassle.

Rob and his crew were such a blessing after a broken pipe flooded my home and the floors needed refinishing. They were warm and friendly at such a time of chaos and even finished earlier than expected. My floors look great and the crew was so thoughtful when they moved my furniture back in my house as they assisted me in putting the pads I bought under my furniture to avoid scratching my new floor finish. I highly recommend them!!
