"We recently hired Flooring International to redo the entire first floor of our Cape house. For full disclosure, the project got off to a rough start—the initial subcontractors did a poor job, and it did not come out the way co - owner Matt Beauregard had assured us it would. HOWEVER, this is where the company truly shined. Matt stepped in immediately to take accountability. He was incredibly attentive, conscientious, and clearly cared about the quality of the work. He apologized profusely and stayed on top of the project until everything was fixed to a high standard. He and his brother poured their heart and souls into fixing every issue that had arisen and stayed late into the night working (when we were away). We later found out that Matt had immediately fired those subcontractors as he himself was shocked and so disappointed and said he would never work with them again. In the end, the floors look great. While there was some initial drama, seeing a business owner stand by their work like that is rare. I would recommend Flooring International and Matt based on their integrity and the final result and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. In fact I now definitely know that I can definitely rely on them!"
