Keith and George were a pleasure to work with. George came to our home to measure the area we needed to carpet- our stairs and two area rugs upstairs. He was very knowledgeable and gave us great ideas as to what to do. Installation happened very quickly and installers were excellent! We were very happy with the results. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International in Westerly, Rhode Idland.

I had a surprise flood event recently with an upstairs neighbor’s water heater saturating my condo underneath, and forcing a full rebuild/remodel of my condo unit. FCI was hugely helpful & available at different points in that process, George was super easy to work with and get advice from, and the whole team made the total install experience come together amazingly. Bravo to Keith and everyone involved, and I couldn’t be happier with both the service and the finished result…!

We were doing over floors that were over 60 years old, some were covered with tile. We had to add a section that was not hardwood and unfortunately the wood did not match when we had it installed and sanded. So they worked with us and fixed the wood on the new section so it matched with the rest of the floors!! Our floors look great now! Thank you!
