I worked with Floor Coverings International in Oak Creek, WI after an unfortunate plumbing leak trashed the wood floors on the main level of my house in 2022. I would absolutely use them again, and in fact, I recently just requested a quote to extend our Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring into an additional area of the house. Key reasons we liked with Dave P and his team at FCI: - family-oriented and friendly approach from the entire team - reasonable pricing and great value for our investment - the FCI team was extremely easy to work with through the entire process, from the initial sales call to the final inspection and walk-through - several very good recommendations were made by the FCI team - some of which we implemented, some of which we deferred on (only because we were already spending a ton of $$ on flood repairs) And the most important reason - our new floors LOOK GREAT and have stood up nicely since they were installed 3 1/2 years ago! We have a very old dog (17) who is now incontinent, and while we're not thrilled about the indoor "accidents", cleanup is quick and easy with these great LVP floors. In addition to being lovely, it exceeded the Bylaw requirements for sound. Megan gave helpful advice about preparing for the installation & answered my questions. The installers, led by Billie, did an excellent job. They responded promptly to one concern. The job was done in 2.5 days. Maddy the receptionist was so helpful & pleasant! FCI helped me find a skilled & reliable carpenter, Jefferson Yee, who installed new baseboards & moulding. High quality workmanship. Always wonderful to work with a "finisher", someone who doesn't leave a lot of minor unfinished work. A huge thank you and vote of confidence for FCI!"
