"I really liked the gentleman who came by my home to do measurements and provide a consultation for different flooring options. I got quotes for tile, LVP, carpet and wood look tile because I had no idea the pricing differences and had a few different ways I could go depending on how the final prices came out. There was no sales pressure which I appreciated. The quotes seemed reasonable and I wish I could move forward with the work right now but finances are shifting and I'm not sure I'll be able to do that I was hoping at the moment. They broke the quotes out into sections though so I could choose to start the project in phases which was helpful. I even was sent a coupon later on (the only catch is there's a minimum spend required that I'm not sure I can meet with the initial work I want done). I'd recommend them for anyone looking for quotes no problem. I haven't moved forward with any work yet so I can't speak as to the quality of the installation but I would expect it to be on par with the experience I had so far and the reviews I read which have been good. Hoping there might be new carpet or LVP/bathroom tile in my future... just not sure when yet, sadly. Really appreciate the time they took to give me an idea of what it's going to cost though, and that they didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time just asking for numbers and not being sure if I'd be able to make a purchase just yet. Being able to plan for the future -- or even just have a clue what this stuff costs realistically -- is a big relief in itself and I hate it when salespeople pressure you or make you feel like you aren't worth their time if you aren't ready to pull the trigger right then and there."

"Could not have been happier with Elizabeth, Rachel, Saul and the entire team replacing every floor in our new home. We had several consultations before finalizing a plan so we were ready to go immediately after closing on the house. Ended up choosing this laminate in Sailors Oak, Envision in the bedrooms and this beautiful striped herringbone for the staircase as well as new railing and spindles. Absolutely love everything and we are so glad we were able to get that coastal vision we imagined.
