Our experience was top notch - from the initial inquiry, to the initial visit and then the installation - everyone was so nice and responsive and professional. It was very convenient that they brought samples to our home. The carpet itself looks great and installation (stair runner for four stories of stairs!) was completed in one afternoon. Price also was very reasonable. We are very happy we went with this company! Highly recommend.

This guy is a lying salesman. Never installed a floor in his life. He don't guarantee his work. He just charges people 10k for stairs and tells the customer that he would only give them 1k back for a hack job.

Tim was very professional and helpful in helping us choose what we wanted for our home. We had carpeting installed in a guest bedroom and LVP in our downstairs fitness room. The installers were excellent - very attentive to detail. I would definitely go with Tim and Floor Coverings International for any future flooring needs.

We had Floor Coverings International install new hardwood in our home and then sand and finish the floors. Everything turned out really well. The new hardwood blends beautifully with the rest of the house, and we’re very happy with the finished look. Tim was helpful and responsive throughout the process, and the crew did a great job. I’m really pleased with the result and plan to use them for other projects in the future.

Tim and his crew did a great job. Good selection of carpet options, price was as expected and they arranged for a quick installation. The install team was neat and professional. Will definitely use them again.
