Great job by Tim, Cortney and crew replacing the carpeting on my stairs and installing a new kitchen floor. The quality of the material and the professional work done are terrific! I'm very pleased with the results and will recommend Floor Covering International of Coastal Rhode Island going forward.

Cortney, Tim, and the team at Flooring International of Coastal Rhode Island completely overhauled every floor in our 5,000 sq ft home, and the results are stunning. The scope of work was massive: they removed old marble and ceramic tiles, installed and finished new white oak, and expertly sanded down 26-year-old dark brown oak floors to a beautiful honey-white finish. They also installed carpet in both our attic and basement. As a true family business, Tim and Cortney know all their installers personally and perfectly matched the right crew to each specific task. Communication was clear and timely throughout the entire project, and the craftsmanship is beautiful. What really set them apart was their attention to detail—they actually tracked down a single plank that was a quarter-inch wider than the rest just so the floorboards would line up flawlessly. That rare level of care is exactly why we won't hesitate to hire them again.

Our experience was top notch - from the initial inquiry, to the initial visit and then the installation - everyone was so nice and responsive and professional. It was very convenient that they brought samples to our home. The carpet itself looks great and installation (stair runner for four stories of stairs!) was completed in one afternoon. Price also was very reasonable. We are very happy we went with this company! Highly recommend.

This guy is a lying salesman. Never installed a floor in his life. He don't guarantee his work. He just charges people 10k for stairs and tells the customer that he would only give them 1k back for a hack job.

Tim was very professional and helpful in helping us choose what we wanted for our home. We had carpeting installed in a guest bedroom and LVP in our downstairs fitness room. The installers were excellent - very attentive to detail. I would definitely go with Tim and Floor Coverings International for any future flooring needs.

We had Floor Coverings International install new hardwood in our home and then sand and finish the floors. Everything turned out really well. The new hardwood blends beautifully with the rest of the house, and we’re very happy with the finished look. Tim was helpful and responsive throughout the process, and the crew did a great job. I’m really pleased with the result and plan to use them for other projects in the future.

We had a great experience working with Tim and his team and couldn’t be happier with our new tile floor. Tim was extremely helpful throughout the process, especially with the design and product selection, and communication was excellent from start to finish. The installation team was professional, detail-oriented, and did a fantastic job. The finished floor looks even better than we imagined. We really appreciated the level of service throughout the entire project and would highly recommend Tim and his team to anyone looking for new flooring!
