Start to finish this was a great experience. No surprise added expenses. I was informed of every step of the process including when my supplies were ordered, when they came in and when the job would be done. Turn around time was quick. The installer was very thorough and I felt confident he could handle any problem that might arise. He was very respectful of my home and included me in every step of the job and answered every question I had. Highly recommend! It was nice to have a job done with no issues.

Tim and his team assessed my space and worked with all its quirks to install a carpet in my finished (and newly-finished side) of my entire first floor/ walk-out basement. We were thrilled with the fair price, and specific carpet match. Phil is a master craftsman, who took the care to pick up extra materials needed for our one section. The finished product was perfect. Tim and his whole team made extra phone calls, followed up post job and made efforts to stay connected throughout. This business has a small-town family feel. I couldn’t recommend their services more. Call ‘em!
