"Great experience from start to end. The only thing I recommend is that the installers call the customer when they are on the way to the home. The guys that installed my floor did not arrive in a company vehicle and did not have any identification (business cards). They identified themselves by saying they were there for the floor project. In today's world customers will be extra careful as to who they let into their home."

"I'm a pretty big perfectionist and usually I have a hard time with trades type companies or workers because I find all their flaws. Then I have to have the awkward walk around saying fix this and fix that etc. I hate it because it makes me feel ungrateful and most of the time these guys work their buts off for you then you come in behind them and nitpick at their work. I had FCI come in and Isaac was amazing helping us plan our project. Then scheduled it during a time that fit OUR schedule (not theirs) then they worked overtime to get the job done on time based on OUR needs. When inspecting the work it is immaculate. I looked up and down and could not find a single flaw. The work is absolutely amazing. The price was VERY reasonable and for the quality I received "cheap." I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to any of my friends. I've had to have trades work done and redone in the past because I picked the wrong company. Pick FCI first and get it done right. "We updated our bathroom flooring with new tile, and the improvement is immediately noticeable. The installer took time to level the surface before placing each tile, which resulted in a smooth finish. The project took about three days, including drying time. Compared to our previous flooring, this looks much cleaner and feels more durable. The grout lines are even, and everything lines up perfectly. It’s a relatively small project that made the bathroom feel more updated and easier to maintain."
