I really wanted someone to act as a project manager and take the decisions off my hands. Choosing a vendor to provide flooring is a real chore. It took hours of visiting stores, taking pictures, deciding on flooring, and them the prospect of choosing a contractor was way too daunting. Josh made the whole process easy and effortless. He managed the installer, was there when the project began, and when the project was completed. Communcation is key. Josh kept me informed every step of the way and I knew exactly what to expect.
