I give a 5+ star review for working with Jim Darr. I was not physically close to our project and Jim went above and beyond to help me make floor covering decisions (from website photos to sample flooring). He was clear from the beginning of the project of what was needed and going to happen with dates and timelines. He and his staff were considerate with care for the property and clear communication. I highly recommend working with Jim.

From start to finish FCI deserves 5 stars! Eric, who did our estimate was so informative, helpful and honest, followed by the office staff who kept us updated until installation we had fantastic service. Jim, the owner, came to introduce himself and meet with us at the beginning and end of installation. The installer, Nick, was extremely professional and hard working! The price and carpet selection was the best out of the many companies we looked at. Definitely recommend for all your flooring needs!
