My floors hadn’t been refinished in 15 years and the last finish that was applied was a tung oil polymer so Jim had quite a job to tackle. The before photo shows a faded area and if you zoom in, you can see how damaged the floor is. The after picture really shows the beauty of our southern pine wood floors. Overall, I’m pleased with the finished product. The project took a week from beginning to end and didn’t cause much disruption to our life. Jim cleaned up at the end of every day and dust was kept to a minimum, which was an initial concern. I gave the 4 rating because there was a bad spot on a board in a corner that Jim had to repair and we weren’t made aware of it during the refinishing. That repair didn’t look as professional as I would have liked. That said, I declined the offer to have the spot done over because it’s in a corner and not noticeable. This company was easy to work with and everyone was very accommodating.

We just had FCI provide and install LVP into the entire first floor of the house we just purchased. From the sale to the installation, everyone we worked with was great and communicated well. All of the work was “done right” even when challenges presented themselves. Would definitely use FCI again!

I came across Jim at Nepa Flooring at the Home and Garden show in Mohegan Arena. He was organized and pleasant and we set up an appointment right then. His product is awesome! And the company had a nice selection of flooring. He was with me from beginning to end of the project. Communication is huge to me and he was very pleasant, kept me updated on the process, made sure Nick, the installer, also excellent, had what he needed. They plan for everything and came prepared. The work was excellent! It was done quickly and looked awesome when completed. Their price was great too. When next I have flooring to do, NEPA Flooring will be my only choice. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! We are so surprised at how great our refurbished hardwood floor looks. We bought an old house with carpet in the living room that was too old to keep. We decided to pull it up and discovered hardwoods like the rest of the main floor, but they were really beaten up. I found James of Floor Coverings Int’l online. He has good reviews so I gave him a call. He responded immediately, was out to take a look at our floors within a week. The quote he gave we felt was very fair so we decided to go for it. What a great decision! Integration of repair boards to replace a few originals and old radiator holes in various spots is flawless. The floors turned out beautiful and the floor repair man/ installer did excellent work. Very positive, professional experience.

They just finished removing the carpeting and replacing it with vinyl flooring. Jim made the whole process smooth. Nick did such an amazing job. What stood out to me from the start is when he said he’d rather take the extra time to make sure it’s done right. Very friendly. Plus he even shoveled my driveway for me lol which he obviously didn’t have to do. Just all around great experience. I highly recommend these guys.

Very professional, they bring the samples to the home, which is great for matching colors and seeing them in the home's lighting. They arrived right on time, installation was good & they clean up everything & take away old carpet & pad.
