If you are looking for new flooring, this company is the way to go. The owners Gary and Tracey are hands on from start to finish. I heard their advertisement on the radio, and was a little hesitant to try them, but after looking at their reviews, I gave them a try. I called them and Gary was awesome and answered all of my questions. I then received a call from his wife Tracey. We made an appointment and within a couple days, she was at my home with her mobile showroom. She was so helpful with helping me choose my absolutely beautiful carpet. It was ordered and installed so quickly, and their installers were awesome! I'm so happy with our new carpets, and will definitely be referring this company to all my family and friends! Thank you again Gary and Tracey, you two are the best!

Tracey and Gary could /NOT/ have been more amazing. When our original choice wasn’t available, they came back out so we could have our floors finished within our time line. Missing finish on the base boards? They fixed it. Glue on the pad? Fixed. We couldn’t be happier! And when the time comes to rip out that bathroom floor? They’ll be our only call.

This summer I had a roof leak in my new home. Water had saturated the hardwood floor in my laundry room and the upstairs hallway. While this was an unfortunate situation, my first interaction with Tracey, Gary and the Floor Coverings International team put me at ease, and I knew that everything would be okay. Tracey and Gary laid out various options for me to repair the damaged floor or install new floors, and even helped me identify and source the exact same wood that was originally installed for an identical match. They truly went above and beyond. I felt so at ease that I even decided to re-do my basement flooring to a much more robust and visually appealing vinyl plank. The installation was seamless and done with high quality and professionalism. I couldn't be happier and have nothing but positive things to say about the entire Floor Covering Interational team. From start to finish the job was handled professionally. The workmanship was wonderful and all deadlines were met. The entire process from consultation, ordering materials, and installation was less than two weeks. What a pleasant surprise! I’m very happy with my new floors.
