This summer I had a roof leak in my new home. Water had saturated the hardwood floor in my laundry room and the upstairs hallway. While this was an unfortunate situation, my first interaction with Tracey, Gary and the Floor Coverings International team put me at ease, and I knew that everything would be okay. Tracey and Gary laid out various options for me to repair the damaged floor or install new floors, and even helped me identify and source the exact same wood that was originally installed for an identical match. They truly went above and beyond. I felt so at ease that I even decided to re-do my basement flooring to a much more robust and visually appealing vinyl plank. The installation was seamless and done with high quality and professionalism. I couldn't be happier and have nothing but positive things to say about the entire Floor Covering Interational team. From start to finish the job was handled professionally. The workmanship was wonderful and all deadlines were met. The entire process from consultation, ordering materials, and installation was less than two weeks. What a pleasant surprise! I’m very happy with my new floors. We went from a dark cherry color to a natural matte maple flooring. We absolutely love the results. Working with Floor Coverings Int was so easy and such a positive experience. Gary and Tracey were transparent with all of the pricing and scope and were always available when we had questions. Gary showed up to our project multiple times a day to check on his crew. The crew themselves were very professional and hard-working. They also did an excellent job with cleanup. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them to our friends.

I could not recommend Floor Coverings international enough! Gary and Tracey were very responsive, detailed in what we could expect and there were no hidden fees or anything that arose out of nowhere.The turn around on our project was super fast and was completed before our move in date which we were worried about. We had our floors done with both vinyl and carpet and both of the crews used for those jobs were great! I would definitely use this company again and would recommend it to my family and friends.
