Our finished basement flooded an early December, which was a horrible and gut wrenching experience. Gary and Chastity couldn’t have been more understanding and caring and listened to our concerns. Gary offered help with reviewing insurance documents and understanding the specifics. They truly put the customer first and understand what customer service is and means which is hard to find these days. They were very friendly, prompt, thorough, professional throughout the experience, and fairly priced. Yesterday the new floors were installed and the gentlemen that were here to do it were very friendly and professional. They took care to make sure that they put drop cloths down and everything was protected as they went in and out of the house and at the end of the project they cleaned everything up meticulously. We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and highly recommend this business if you’re looking for flooring, for someone who takes pride in what they do and makes sure the entire process is carried out with care and efficiency, these are your people. Thank you for making our basement feel and look like home again.

Very smooth process. Schedule a visit with Tracey and Gary to show you flooring choices, pick your flooring, and schedule a date for the install. Their team will move the big stuff. Quality work done at a very reasonable price. And very friendly people to work with as well!!

Reviews are so important...it is how my family came across Tracey and Gary and their company, Floor Coverings International. From our initial meeting, well, our initial phone conversation, they were nothing, but professional. Every encounter was honest, thoughtful, and efficient. Gary and Tracey are a well oiled machine, interchangeably offering thoughts and suggestions that just make sense. This is just their demeanor, but the work that they provide is nearly unmatched. Our floors are amazing. We received great prices for hardwood refinishing, replacement, and carpet installation. We are so happy that we found them and I would recommend everyone to just give them a call and the rest will follow. I promise you will not be disappointed. S/N: We lost our mom and are preparing her house for sale, which is why we needed this company. Even after the project was completed, they have been thoughtful enough to check in with us during a difficult holiday season. You just don't see this type of good customer service anymore. We are forever grateful.

We had a very positive experience with Floor Coverings International for our kitchen and bathroom floor and carpet replacement. The quality of the work was excellent, and the final result looks great. They were easy to work with, very responsive, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. We really appreciated the personal touches they added, which made the whole experience feel smooth and well thought out. They were also willing to work with us to find options that fit within our budget without sacrificing quality. We would absolutely recommend them and would gladly work with them again.

Great experience with Gary and Tracey. They came by the house and helped us figure out the best color way/style for our space. Parts were ordered and we were scheduled right away. Team was on site on time and completed our job very quickly. Cleaned up well and were on their way. We will be using them again if we decided to complete other parts of our home. I realized after I wrote this review I did not include that Chastity in the office was very easy to work with on scheduling. She was professional, communicative, and friendly. Everyone at Floor Coverings made our life easy with this job.

Gary was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when helping my wife and I select new flooring for our basement. On top of his professional expertise, the pricing for the installation and materials was extremely competitive - especially when compared to "the big guys". The job was done in a timely manner, and his team was extremely clean, efficient, and professional. I will absolutely be using him and his team again in the near future.

We had to replace all our floors after a flood and Gary from Floor Coverings International absolutely saved the day. He was on it from the second we met — super knowledgeable, zero nonsense, and genuinely kind. His team showed up, worked like a machine, and somehow installed our entire floor in less than a day. They were truly the best! The floors look incredible, the process was smooth, and the whole crew was a dream to work with. If you need new floors, look no further!
