Floor Coverings International made replacing my rugs so easy! From making the appointment thru their website, to our appointment at our home with Mark, to signing and finalizing installation. They came to my house with all the samples, sent me bigger samples of the several choices I was between to live with them for a while and didn't pressure me to make a decision until I was certain. Installation was quick and the rugs look amazing. Thanks to Lori Hood and her team (especially Danica and Mark).

Gary and Tracey, Chastity, and all of the hardworking crew of Floor Coverings International went above and beyond my expectations! I was trying to coordinate a whole house floor covering of my mother’s homestead while only being in Pennsylvania for 2 weeks! We were able to do a review and measure on a prior visit and Gary and Tracy fitted me in for all of the LVP in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, foyer, and closet on one day and carpeting throughout the rest of the house on the secondary day! The previous flooring had been in there for over 50 years! Once everything was completed, it changed the whole outlook of the home! What a transformation! Floor Coverings International are true pros and aim to please! I am so happy with the outcome!

We had an absolutely top-notch experience! From flooring selection to expertise and install, everything was seamless and exceeded our expectations. Our 125-year-old home was ready for a major refresh, and this flooring project was a huge part of our renovation. Their team went above and beyond not only handling subfloor leveling and updating our unique staircase with gorgeous new treads and risers, but also working around our other contractors and coordinating with our project manager on every detail.
