This week we had our kitchen floors replaced with Luxury Vinyl Flooring from Floor Coverings International. Their design associate, Frank Moyer, was very friendly and courteous. He showed us all of our options and took the time to explain how things would take place. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of flooring and assured us that our questions were answered. I would certainly give him a 5-star rating as he was the best sales rep/design associate I have ever dealt with. Kudos to Frank! I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Floor Coverings International to everyone!

From start to finish service was exceptional! Frank was so respectful and responsive to what we needed. They were so patient with us the day of install with our questions. I contacted FCI to replace an old carpet in a new home we bought. Natalie had great energy over the phone for my consultation. During the consultation Leigh Ann explained the process in detail and showed me the great options to choose from. My carpet arrived earlier than expected and I was able to get it installed in one day. My experience was fantastic and my daughter loved connecting with the staff. Leigh Ann even came back to ensure our carpet was placed to our satisfaction and brought us a welcoming gift. Their customer service is spot on. Will be using FCI for other flooring in my home!

We recently had laminate flooring installed by Gary and Leigh Ann's team. They are professional and helpful from the choices offered and the follow up after installation. The installers were polite, skilled, and finished the job in the estimated time provided to us. I have already recommended them to one of my friends.
