I recently had Floor Coverings International install new carpeting in my family room. The process was flawless from the time I called them to the installation . I couldn’t have been happier with every step of the process. My sales person, Gary, was friendly and accommodating from the time I met with him to go over the project. to the time I decided to move forward with them. I broke my ankle after deciding and this messed up my time frame for installation quite a bit . Gary was understanding and worked with my time frame which required flexibility for hospitalization, surgery , and numerous days that I was unavailable due to my injury. Upon installation, everything went smoothly with no issues whatsoever. I was pleasantly surprised that Gary was at my house immediately after to inspect how everything was done .upon installation. This was never done with other carpeting companies i’ve used. Overall , i could not have been happier with my decision to choose Floor Coverings International.

I had extensive flood damage that included one of the cleaners cutting and destroying parts of my carpet. FCI came in and made a complete miracle relaying and repairing my damaged carpet. Look brand new again. Dr. C Grant

What a great experience it was working with Floor Coverings International. From the time Leigh Ann brought the floor samples to our house, so we could see how the new floors would look, made choosing the flooring a lot easier. Then the workers coming in and doing a top notch job, from removing the old floors, moving the furniture around and putting the new flooring down and cleaning up afterwards. One of the best companies I’ve worked with. I highly recommend them!

The whole experience was great. I especially loved that they come to your house measure and show you samples. It took boot a month to get the flooring but they were here with in days putting it in. They did 3 bedrooms a closet and our family room, they were done in1 1/2 days all cleaned up and furniture back!

Great experience from measuring and estimating through to the final walkthrough. Gary was great, and the crew they used got the job done in one day even with the challenges of installing in an old home.
