We could not be more pleased with the transformation of our floors! Floor Coverings International exceeded our expectations. They removed the old carpet and beautifully refinished the original hardwood floors, and the results are amazing. The entire process was handled with professionalism, care, and incredible attention to detail. The team removed the carpet, replaced a damaged floorboard, sanded, stained, and sealed the hardwood floors, and kept everything as clean as possible throughout the project. They also took the time to apply samples of the stain colors we were considering and offered thoughtful guidance in choosing our finish. Gary and Angel were wonderful to work with. Their communication was excellent and they made sure we always knew what to expect. Every member of the crew was respectful, hardworking, and treated our home with care. Our house feels transformed and we couldn't be happier with the final result. We had a carpet runner installed on our staircase and couldn’t be happier with the results. The installation was flawless—the runner is perfectly centered, tightly secured, and looks like it was always meant to be there. The installer was professional, and took great care to make sure everything was done right. They left the work area clean. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality carpet runner installation.

The reps I dealt in person and on the phone were very professional and knowledgeable. The installer was in and out and left my house without a trace that he was ever there. I highly recommend this company!

Had a wonder experience from start to finish with Leigh Ann & Gary. When the flooring I chose was on back order til September, Leigh Ann was able to provide other samples that would be able to be delivered & installed on the same day as originally planned. Awesome!! Fabio & his partner did a fantastic job on installation! Highly recommend this team & will be using them again in the future.

Gary was easy to work with and the men doing the tile work were professional and courteous. Cleaned up everything and left it as they found it. They did an excellent job, even with all the cut-outs around the heaters. Would use them again and would highly recommend them.
