We were in the market for a stair runner for our new house this fall and was introduced to Floor Coverings International at Forks Community Days. From the very beginning, Leigh Ann listened to my vision and worked tirelessly to secure samples to bring it to life. It took multiple appointments before we made the final decision on staircase. We absolutely loved working with Leigh Ann! She was wonderful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. One of the easiest transactions ever from start to finish. To start you pick the day and time that works for you for a home estimate via the website. Second the day of the estimate you get to see samples in your home so you know if what you are buying works with your colors. The day of the install old flooring is removed and new flooring installed with the moving of furniture. I was blown away by how easy it all was and am completely satisfied with my purchase. Can't say enough about the entire process and this company.

Floor Coverings International recently installed luxury vinyl plank flooring in the laundry room and two bathrooms of my Forks Township home, as part of larger bathroom redmodeling project. The match to the LVP throughout the rest of the house was very close. The installer, Fabio, was very polite and professional. It took the contractor doing the other part of the remodel longer than expected so that on the scheduled day of the flooring installation he and Fabio were working in the house at the same time. But Fabio was very easy going, and, despite the less than ideal circumstances, finished his part of the job in one day as promised. I would definitely recommend using Floor Coverings International for your flooring projects!

Leigh Ann at Floor Coverings International was wonderful to work with! My solid white oak floors turned out beautiful! I couldn’t be more pleased. Fabio and his team did a great job installing the new product. They completed the work in only one day, which included tear out of the old product and install of the new hardwood flooring as well as quarter round. Leigh Ann is the owner and provided top notch personal service from beginning to end. She went the extra mile by coming to the house twice and calling me before, during , and after the install. She even met me at work with samples to help expedite the start of the job and meet the tight timeline as I was moving into the home. I had a couple of challenges along the way with my move into the new home, and Leigh Ann was understanding and reliable, and helped solve the issues so I could get the beautiful hardwood floor of my dreams!
