The results they provided.me was so beautiful I could not believe it, especially because one guy was was doing the floor all by himself. Absolutely stunning! Wendy was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She even offered having her family dog sit for my puppy sometime! She took the time to explain all the available types of flooring and guide me to the best options for my home. The installers were professional, hard working, and efficient. The only minor challenge was a slight language barrier as their primary language was Portuguese. There was also a glitch was the additional cost for difficult work and hours that hadn’t been anticipated. Overall, I would highly recommend Wendy and her crew for quality work and customer service!

We are loving our new floors from FCI. Wendy was a pleasure to work with. She was patient with us, and went out of her way to help us find the perfect flooring for our home. She was able to squeeze us into the schedule quickly and addresses any questions or concerns we had professionally. Our new floors are breathtaking.
