We had an amazing experience with Wendy, Leo, and the entire team at Floor Coverings International! From start to finish, Wendy was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly wonderful to work with. She met with us in our new home and helped us choose the perfect flooring for our living room that beautifully matched our existing floors and furniture. She brought high-quality vinyl and carpet samples, explained everything clearly, and provided an estimate with absolutely no surprise fees. What really stood out was her attention to detail. She took the time to measure upstairs as well, and after seeing how seamless the process was, we decided to install new vinyl flooring and carpet upstairs too! Leo and his installation team were fantastic. They worked incredibly hard and completed everything in just one day. When we discovered a toilet leak afterward, Leo came back immediately to take care of it — which speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to their customers. Wendy was always quick to respond to my texts and made communication so easy throughout the entire project. The quality of the materials and workmanship exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Wendy and her team and will absolutely be using them again for future projects in our home!

Our experience with Floor Coverings International far exceeded expectations. My wife and I had just purchased a new home in desperate need of some updates. Wendy joined us on site for an informative consult and a clear price estimate. We decided to move forward, and communication was solid throughout the entirety of the project. Even with some surprises along the way(once the previous flooring was pulled up), they kept the project within budget, and they even returned to resolve a minor issue the same day we mentioned it. They were able to accommodate our schedule with other work being done at the house prior to move-in, and we had brand new floors for our 2-story home in less than 48 hours of the work beginning. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone.

We needed carpet installed in a timely manner and FCIH delivered with 2 days to spare. Wendy is very knowledgeable about carpets and was very helpful and attentive throughout the process. Even though it was not the least expensive estimate, we are very satisfied with our choice in the carpet and the luxury of having her bring samples directly into our home to make the decision, certainly help the entire process. Definitely would recommend.

Our experience with Floor Coverings Int. in Camp Hill was fantastic! Wendy the franchise owner was extremely patient and helpful with our floor material selection, a process that took us weeks. After finally finding the right material she secured the job with a very competitive bid that beat out other contactors we were considering, and won us over in the process. She communicated regularly providing updates, answering questions and checking in through every step of the process. Stellar, professional customer service from start to finish! Her installation team led by Tardelly was also very professional and great to work with. They listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. On the day of install they worked efficiently and got it done in one day with minimal disruption and no noticeable flaws or problems. The result was fantastic, the natural hickory wood floor transformed this part of our home into something much nicer and more to our liking. I can't recommend them enough and would definitely be a repeat customer for any future flooring jobs we may have.
