Hired FCI to refinish our stairway in an older home in Hershey. We knew the job was too much for us so we hired a professional. Unfortunately, there was nothing professional about the work that was done. The sanding, refinishing, painting were all done very poorly. They painted over nails that were sticking out, sanded off screw heads, didn’t fill holes properly, ruined the railing profile. The job they did on our flooring was fine, but don’t contract with them to do any sort of refinishing.

Amazing fast , efficient and above most professional. Did the job right with zero complications or issues and lead us through the process from start to finish. I have used many other companies in the area . She makes you feel like her only client and saw it all to completion. You would be remiss to not get a quote and feel it out yourself . I have had this job measured 5 times by the last company and for some reason never followed through with any plans . When cancellations happened . Whether it was me or them I felt just lost and frustrated. It would months before any movement happened or a new appointment confirmed. It wasn’t until Wendy stepped in and shown me how it could be and should be . Also I can say more is It was and then some. Thank you. Wendy

Wendy and her team are amazing flooring providers. They installed solid hardwood floors in our home while we were on vacation, and we came home to a completely new and beautiful space that was completely cleaned up and installed to.our high expectations. When looking for someone to put in our new flooring, we wanted a company and person who told the truth, would be fair with price, do quality work, and care about us. We love our new carpet! The installation team was great. They came in, assessed the area and asked questions to be certain that what they were going to do would meet our expectations. I could tell right away that they were knowledgeable and experienced. Once they were finished, we did a walk through to inspect the work. They did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them for any type of flooring project!
