We needed carpet installed in a timely manner and FCIH delivered with 2 days to spare. Wendy is very knowledgeable about carpets and was very helpful and attentive throughout the process. Even though it was not the least expensive estimate, we are very satisfied with our choice in the carpet and the luxury of having her bring samples directly into our home to make the decision, certainly help the entire process. Definitely would recommend.

Our experience with Floor Coverings Int. in Camp Hill was fantastic! Wendy the franchise owner was extremely patient and helpful with our floor material selection, a process that took us weeks. After finally finding the right material she secured the job with a very competitive bid that beat out other contactors we were considering, and won us over in the process. She communicated regularly providing updates, answering questions and checking in through every step of the process. Stellar, professional customer service from start to finish! Her installation team led by Tardelly was also very professional and great to work with. They listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. On the day of install they worked efficiently and got it done in one day with minimal disruption and no noticeable flaws or problems. The result was fantastic, the natural hickory wood floor transformed this part of our home into something much nicer and more to our liking. I can't recommend them enough and would definitely be a repeat customer for any future flooring jobs we may have.

Wendy is very professional and makes the entire process easy. From bringing the samples to me and being able to see the colors in my room, to the installation. The installers took care of everything and cleaned up after they were finished. Great experience all around.
