Jeff and Jack are true professionals. They know there products and are all about service. They were very helpful in educating us about the products that made the most sense. The jobs were scheduled and completed as they were planned. They also followed up to make sure the work was to our satisfaction. The gentlemen that completed the work were professional. They left the work place clean and tidy. We are satisfied customers and we will call them again for future projects.

STEER CLEAR of FCI of Wexford, owned/operated by Andy and Kathy Piccoli! I made a major investment with them to install hardwood floors throughout my newly purchased house. They subcontracted the floor job to a team whom apparently had no clue what they were doing. The stain and poly application was so poor they had to resand, restain and repoly the floors multiple times to reach satisfaction. Upon inspection on multiple occassions, I had to turn around and leave the house for the quality was so atrocious. Because of the numerous rework efforts, I had to push back our move in date a few days just to allow the floors more time to dry. Fast forward about a year later, I start to observe ghosting (grey streaks) between the wood planks. Takes me another three months to realize it's throughout the entire house and getting worse. I reach out to Andy and Kathy. No response (seems to be a trend with their customers). After many attempts to reach them (email, text, phone), they finally come out to inspect the floors a few months later. They first tried to suggest it was our cleaning practice that was creating the issue. We dismissed that (I've had hardwood floors most of my life). They later had an expert come out to provide his opinion. He deduced the issue to be caused by not allowing enough time for the poly to dry between applications (made sense given rework and timeline crunch). I accepted this and looked to Andy and Kathy to resolve the situation. Instead, after a long pause, Andy and Kathy responded with "your past your one year warranty... we will do nothing... you're on your own." The carpeting we put in five of our rooms has a 10 year warranty; but the new floors I put in throughout the rest of the house only have but a one year warranty--who knew, they never pointed that out. They have washed their hands of the situation. I contacted the FCI parent company to no avail. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to which the Piccoli's responded with deceit and complete omission of the rework events. I'm so very disappointed, truly sad, people like this exist, who have no integrity, no decency and no conscience. Shame on them. Steer clear of Andy and Kathy Piccoli and tell all your friends, neighbors and colleagues to do so as well. I experience a heart break everyday when I see my floors. No one should feel that way, especially after such an investment.

Very happy with my new floors! Kathy Piccoli was so helpful to me when choosing my floors. She was patient and really knows her products! I had my kitchen, diningroom, livingroom, hallway and 2 bathrooms done! What a difference it made! Excellent workmanship. They went above and beyond in my opinion, because I know that I am very particular and not easy to please. I highly recommend them!

Installed beautiful new vinyl flooring in finished basement and kitchen/living room. We re easy to work with, prompt, efficient, and did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their flooring, and plan to hire them again for future carpet replacement.
