From the very beginning, Travis and Lissie were incredibly responsive, patient, and willing to go above and beyond. That said, the samples we were most drawn to aesthetically were ones Travis had sent, which speaks to how well he understood the brief. "Having purchased an old house in 1988 and had every room renovated in some fashion (some more than once) I can unequivocally state that our experience with Floor Coverings International was exceptional. The owner, Dalia Debs, was personable, knowledgeable and conscientious. From the first meeting (she came to our house, with samples of Luxury Vinyl Plank) to the walk-through after the project was finished it was a pleasure to work together (well, they did the work). We had received a quote from another company that included removing the old floor and placing new subflooring at an exorbitant cost--Shawn, FCI's installer (selected by Dalia as he had extensive experience with the existing floor, which was marmoleum) said he could install the new floor over the previous one. The entire project was done at a lower price than the other company had wanted for removal alone. Shawn also was great--on time, congenial, explained what he was doing and why, finished the entire job in two days and it looks beautiful. Again, I can't praise FCI of Lexington enough--you'll be glad you chose them!"
