Andrew and his team did an amazing job installing our floors! His team ripped out old carpet and installed beautiful floors in our entire downstairs level! We are 100% satisfied with our floors! When I bought our condo, I knew we wanted to replace the flooring. I reached out to several providers: one waited several days and then asked to change our confirmed appointment time and day. Another, who came recommended and whom I really wanted to use, brought no samples and provided an estimate for a good-quality carpet that used recycled materials. Another highly rated provider came, did a measure, brought samples but spent no time discussing different products and said I should visit the showroom to pick out the actual product. Andrew from Floor Coverings came, on time, was neatly dressed, well spoken, enthusiastic about our relatively small project (three rooms of carpet plus two walk-in closets), had samples, described the products he was offering, and was patient and humorous with us as we made our decision about the product. Another seemingly small thing that actually is a big thing: when he drove up, he was in a marked company van and parked on our road versus barrelling into our driveway like every other service provider usually does. Andrew described the process for ordering, delivery, and how long our project would take and everything was pretty well on target. The job took about an hour longer than he predicted (which was fine), and the carpet is just the right color and very comfortable to walk on. The installers were very friendly, however, it was slightly unnerving that they talked to either one another or callers on their earbuds the entire time they were here. On a plus side, they were neat and respectful of our development and did a good job cleaning up the work place and vacuuming before they left. The lead installer also took care to ask if I was satisfied not only with the install but also the positioning of the furniture that they put back in place. Even though they didn't speak English as their primary language, they were still friendly and, more importantly, hard workers who were conscientious of their job. Floor Coverings gets five stars from us. They were not the cheapest estimate but we're happy with the way the project turned out. I'd take a picture but it's carpet and we all know what it looks like so

If I could give zero stars I would. Andrew is extremely dishonest and not at all helpful. He had multiple chances to come out and fix the problems with the floor, yet didn’t. Then claimed that what was in the written contract was a mistake by the computer. Unless you are there to monitor every move, as well as take pictures of the process and materials used, do not hire him. He claims he has his own crew, but he does not and subcontracts it out to another crew, who do not speak English, so when problems arise there is no way to communicate that with the crew doing the job. Extremely unsatisfactory job and no professionalism on his part whatsoever.

From the moment the crew arrived early, we knew we were in good hands. They were professional, respectful of our home, and took the time to answer my questions throughout the process. This was a big investment for us, and I was naturally a little nervous. Andrew did such a great job putting together my install and helping pick out a carpet.The crew was neat,friendly and quick.The results are amazing.So glad we picked the color.Highly recommend company.They take the time and make sure all your needs are met.The cost was great as well for the quality we got.

Good work but no frills. Do not expect the woodwork to be corrected if transitioning from carpet to wood. Again the work is good if you just need floors installed.

I absolutely 💯 hate my new floor. We did 1500sq ft (whole house ) project. We were shown 3 sample boards after showing the owner of the franchise exactly what we wanted. We picked the perfect color match. Little did we know the actual floor was multiple colors and made to look like mismatched planks. Told him it was nothing like we expected. Now we are stuck with $13k worth of flooring we don't like. Very expensive lesson learned. Only 2 out of 10 planks looked like the sample which was on bottom left of sample boards. We expected the whole floor to look like the plank outlined in red! We feel very deceived.

Andrew was awesome to work with, and very professional. At the same time when he explained the product it was like talking to a good friend. The product we ended up choosing was beyond our expectations. His team took good care of our furniture when moving it and we are still baffled how they got this all done in one day. I know this is a long review but Andrew and his guys deserve it and we’d recommend him and his team to everyone. Thanks Andrew!
