Andrew is deceiving and acts as if he has his own crew that works for him but he just subcontracts others and then tries to act as the middle man and make himself extra money. He is not a “flooring expert” and doesn’t have even a basic understanding on how flooring and renovations work. He uses AI to answer customer questions. The flooring he sells is good quality, but I’d advise buying it elsewhere. He is dishonest. Apparently materials being delivered and ready to be installed is the same thing as in process/on the way incase you didn’t know that means the same thing. High quality flooring but low quality “businessman,” so if that’s what you want to experience, hire him!

I recently worked with Andrew Koop( Floor Covering International) for my flooring installation. Andrew is always available to communicate with any questions and concern. I replaced LVP with my existing floor and it look great. His crews are super friendly and skilled. I highly recommend Andrew from FCI, if you need new flooring. Thanks

First and foremost I'm a stickler for time. These guys were not only on time but sometimes early. They were professional and polite. The cleaned up the work area after they were done. All of which translates to me as respecting my home. The price was fair and I was very happy with the job. So much so I plan on using them again.
