Shout out to "Floor Coverings International". Patrick helped us decide what we really wanted with updating our wood floors. His friendly and knowledgeable demeanor put us at great ease. We knew we needed something done but not sure what. Prices were competitive, workmanship was timely, professional and personal! Highly recommended and I hear his wife works there as well as an interior designer---bonus! She may be our next call -- Kurt and Lisa

I had two rooms in a house that needed a flooring refresh and Floor Coverings International of Bend did an incredible job! Their communication was fantastic, I knew what was happening through the entire process. Their staff are friendly and a pleasure to work with. The job was done quickly. Excellent resource for flooring. We had carpet replaced and we were amazed by the quality of the carpet and installation. But what I found remarkable is the customer service and timeliness. Workers were there on time and worked around our schedule. Owners were there to give us the quotes and were there to inspect the work and give us warranty and cleaning advice. We looked at several flooring companies and this was clearly the best.
