The installers were awesome! They went above and beyond to assist my wife and me with furniture. We didn't even need to ask for help-they saw what needed to be done and took care of us.

We recently worked with Floor Coverings International and had a truly excellent experience from start to finish. FCI mobile showroom made the entire process feel easy and personalized. We were confident in our selections after we were able to see flooring samples in our own home and lighting. Katy’s design eye was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She brought thoughtful guidance without ever making things feel overwhelming or sales-driven, and helped us find selections that felt both beautiful and aligned with the feel of each space. We were genuinely impressed by the professionalism and communication of the entire team. The process felt organized, collaborative, and caring from beginning to end. We are so happy with how the flooring turned out and would highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for both quality work and a supportive, streamlined experience.

Excellent resource for flooring. We had carpet replaced and we were amazed by the quality of the carpet and installation. But what I found remarkable is the customer service and timeliness. Workers were there on time and worked around our schedule. Owners were there to give us the quotes and were there to inspect the work and give us warranty and cleaning advice. We looked at several flooring companies and this was clearly the best.

Two Thumbs up! Patrick, the owner, and his team were great from start to finish. He presented excellent options on affordable solutions for my 100 year old Mill house rental property. The company, Floor Covering International here in Bend, Or…was a delight. The installation was incredibly solid, and we appreciated that they sent experts for each specific task, from trim to carpet. They installed flooring in our family room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and the office space. The pricing was amazing, the service was clean, efficient and the timing was impeccable, fitting our schedule perfectly. (We had to do different parts of the house at different dates) Plus, they guaranteed they'd come back and fix anything if we weren't happy. AND THEY DID. Highly recommend!

I feel so fortunate to have been referred to Katy and Patrick's Floor Coverings Intl. of Bend. I had thought my project would be larger than on how I decided to proceed, as I ultimately only carpeted a stairway, but I was given the close attention and service of a much larger job. I enjoyed the whole process and will go no further than Patrick and Katy with my next home flooring improvement. They are not only very knowledgeable and professional in the flooring business but were fun to deal with. The installers were very good with their attention to detail. I came away with not only a very nice carpeted stairway but with the added benefit of two new friends in Bend. "You never know" when you step into a new environment! Thanks Katy & Patrick.

From the quote & product selection with Katie, to the installation scheduling with Patrick, and the actual installation of the selected carpeting, the whole process was surprisingly simple and final product beautiful. The Installer Team were so friendly and polite, it was a long day but Dan, Keith and Scott were friendly and professional from start to finish. Patrick did final walk through and provided the care and warranty information. 15 year warranty.
