Our handyman Parker installed our kitchen floors, and highly recommended Patrick Booher and FCI to install the floors for both of our bathrooms. Patrick reached out to us and showed up shortly after to give us a quote. Patrick was knowledgeable, transparent, detail-oriented. We trusted him and his experience and decided to proceed with the project. Kirsten then sent us a confirmed invoice and communicated with us for scheduling purposes. Kirsten was professional, kind, understanding, and easy to reach. She provided elite communication skills and customer service throughout the entire process. Austin, Scott, and Dan showed up on time to install our bathroom floors, baseboards, and new toilets. Austin also made sure to give us a final walk through, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We love the entire FCI team, and couldn't be happier with the results.

Shout out to "Floor Coverings International". Patrick helped us decide what we really wanted with updating our wood floors. His friendly and knowledgeable demeanor put us at great ease. We knew we needed something done but not sure what. Prices were competitive, workmanship was timely, professional and personal! Highly recommended and I hear his wife works there as well as an interior designer---bonus! She may be our next call -- Kurt and Lisa

I had two rooms in a house that needed a flooring refresh and Floor Coverings International of Bend did an incredible job! Their communication was fantastic, I knew what was happening through the entire process. Their staff are friendly and a pleasure to work with. The job was done quickly.
