I feel so fortunate to have been referred to Katy and Patrick's Floor Coverings Intl. of Bend. I had thought my project would be larger than on how I decided to proceed, as I ultimately only carpeted a stairway, but I was given the close attention and service of a much larger job. I enjoyed the whole process and will go no further than Patrick and Katy with my next home flooring improvement. They are not only very knowledgeable and professional in the flooring business but were fun to deal with. The installers were very good with their attention to detail. I came away with not only a very nice carpeted stairway but with the added benefit of two new friends in Bend. "You never know" when you step into a new environment! Thanks Katy & Patrick.

From the quote & product selection with Katie, to the installation scheduling with Patrick, and the actual installation of the selected carpeting, the whole process was surprisingly simple and final product beautiful. The Installer Team were so friendly and polite, it was a long day but Dan, Keith and Scott were friendly and professional from start to finish. Patrick did final walk through and provided the care and warranty information. 15 year warranty. We had LVP flooring installed by FCI about 5 months ago, and the entire experience—from installation to how the floors have held up—has been great!! Their team was incredibly thorough and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. Every step felt carefully executed, from prep work to the final finish. They took the time to ensure everything was done right, and it really shows in the end result. Our friends constantly compliment us on the floors! The floors still look as good as new. They’ve held up extremely well to everyday wear and tear, including having a dog running around, which was a big priority for us. Overall, we’re very happy with the quality of work and would confidently recommend this amazing team to anyone looking for high-quality flooring installation!

Floor coverings just completed carpeting our new home in Bend. We prefer to deal with independently owned businesses. We rate our service with International Floor Coverings A+. We are not yet occupying the place and residing in another state. They provided excellent communication throughout the process. After completion, they inspected the property with care. After notifying a few small items to be addressed, Rosie, the Production Manager, returned to see that this was done as expected. Our daughter has a place in Bend, and Rosie arranged for her to accompany her on the final inspection. Our daughter was impressed that all details were pointed out. As an aside, knowing I have no experience with carpeting (floors and rugs), Rosie sent me care instructions and a sheet recommending the proper vacuum for maintenance. No question dealing with an independently owned business is a wise choice. I was told that if I should note anything to correct when we reside there, they will return to make it right. I give them my highest recommendation.

The Floor Coverings International team in Bend is a pleasure to work with. The floors they installed match the existing floors beautifully, and the workmanship on three tricky closets is superb.
