⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We couldn't be happier with our experience with Floor Coverings International! From the very beginning, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. They were wonderful to work with during the selection process, took the time to understand what we wanted, and worked with us to find the right carpet at a fair price. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt that our satisfaction was a priority. The installation went beautifully, and the finished result exceeded our expectations! We absolutely love our new carpet, and the difference it has made in our home is incredible. It's refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in its work. We are extremely satisfied and would absolutely recommend FCI to anyone considering new flooring!

Exceptional service. Katie was the representative who helped me explore options for carpet and vinyl replacement at our home, and she was extremely well versed and familiar with every detail. Highly recommend.

Patrick and the entire crew at Floor Coverings International were awesome. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Patrick helped turn our disaster water damage into an easy and effortless restoration. From helping us pick the new flooring, to organizing the furniture removal, to installing the new flooring, to billing the insurance company; everything was taken care of. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International to everyone.

Our handyman Parker installed our kitchen floors, and highly recommended Patrick Booher and FCI to install the floors for both of our bathrooms. Patrick reached out to us and showed up shortly after to give us a quote. Patrick was knowledgeable, transparent, detail-oriented. We trusted him and his experience and decided to proceed with the project. Kirsten then sent us a confirmed invoice and communicated with us for scheduling purposes. Kirsten was professional, kind, understanding, and easy to reach. She provided elite communication skills and customer service throughout the entire process. Austin, Scott, and Dan showed up on time to install our bathroom floors, baseboards, and new toilets. Austin also made sure to give us a final walk through, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We love the entire FCI team, and couldn't be happier with the results.
