As a contractor, keeping your client happy can be challenging, especially with all the moving parts involved. When we were looking for flooring, Patrick, the owner, personally visited us multiple times. Before purchasing the product, Patrick opened the boxes with my client to ensure their satisfaction. Floor Coverings International in Bend has truly gone above and beyond, and I will definitely make them my first choice for any flooring-related projects.

Both Katie and Patrick were very friendly and knowledgeable. Katie brought her interior decorating skills which helped a lot with deciding color and texture for my flooring choice. Bend trends are mostly too depressing for me, all beige and gray. But they searched until they found something much more uplifting, sunny and welcoming for my home. They were also very efficient working out the prices of all options so it was easy for me to compare and know clearly which one met most of my needs. I felt I was being supported by angels! I would give them 7 stars if I could. It was a joyous experience and a delight to "play" with them. [not the overwhelming unknowns and confusion of all the other places I visited]

They were very professional, came out for the free estimate, did the floor on time and stood behind there work, even came out after the job was done and inspected it and made sure I was happy, I would recommend them to everyone and I will have them do my next flooring job, thanks guys for a great experience.

Floor Coverings International truly makes flooring easy! I love being able to see hardwood, laminate, and carpet samples right in my home with their mobile showroom. Their install crew is fast and gets the details right. Great service, great experience!

What a great experience. Ben and Josh, the installers, were incredible. They were focused and meticulous. You can see it in the pictures. We wish we had another house. I would call Floor Coverings International , and do it all again
