I was so impressed with Floor Coverings International! I needed new commercial carpet and vinyl for my business and had a great experience! Their mobile showroom was incredibly convenient, and Katy did an amazing job walking us through the options. She brought many samples directly to our space, which made it easy to find durable, comfortable, and great looking carpet tiles that worked perfectly for our needs. The process was smooth from start to finish, and the results look fantastic. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing flooring.

Start to finish our experience with the team was exceptional. They were timely, listened to our concerns about the current space and made recommendations based on our vision and budget. I can’t say enough about how seamless the process was and Auston did an amazing job with the installation. Another part of the process we were extremely pleased with was the bid vs actual cost part. Unlike some experiences we’ve had historically, the quote matched our final invoice. There weren’t hidden costs built in that appeared after we’d signed our agreement. This was a big one for us. We had originally planned to do one space but our experience was so great we will be doing the other spaces we’ve discussed sooner rather than later. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Central Oregon - This team cares about the customer experience from start to finish and is committed not only to delivering a high-quality finished product, but also to making the process is friendly and professional. What you might not expect is they do small repairs to like transition strip replacements or maybe a chipped step or loose board. I have personal experience working with Patrick and much of the team, and I’ve been consistently impressed with their expertise and problem-solving skills. They take the time to explain options, provide honest recommendations, and make sure the work is done right. Give them a ring!
