The quality of the work this company did for me is amazing. I'm currently remodeling my home and on short notice my contractor told me that he needed the carpet installed immediately within a couple of days. I called around everywhere. Luckily I found this company, Not only did they install the carpet within the next day, they did a beautiful job. I have to say thank you to the employees and the owner. Thank you. I wish I could give you guys more than five stars. You deserve it!

FCI replaced the flooring in our main living areas and we couldn’t be happier. One of the best features of working with FCI was that they bring the showroom to you. It’s so convenient! It didn’t take long to have the materials delivered and installed. Like most projects of this nature there were minor hiccups along the way but they were easily resolved and we ended up with a beautiful new space. Sooooo happy!

Floor Coverings International of Bend was a find! What I though was to be a smaller project of wood floor refinishing turned out to be a much larger project of rebuild, repair and replacement. Dealing with a cottage that was 108 years old we found new layers at every turn. Not only did they offer great solutions, they rescheduled my work around new discoveries, offered me their contractor, and followed through with every step, all the while moving at a brisk pace to honor my commitments to my customers as well. Wonderful, full-on customer service with great crew of people. They are now my go-to place for any flooring needs. They do it right!

We had such a positive experience from start to finish with floor coverings international!! Everyone was lovely to work with from the consultation with Katy, Auston the installer and Rosie who oversaw the project. They had prompt communication and frequent updates which we appreciated . As someone who has had a negative home remodel experience this was night and day the complete opposite! And the final product was exactly what we were hoping for. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to get their floors redone
