Never showed up for the appointment I set with them, no courtesy call that they werent coming, and no one would answer the phones when I called to figure out what was going on. Avoid these people and find a flooring company that wont waste your time.

Zach has completed multiple flooring projects for us, and every single one has been done on time, professionally, and at the best price we’ve found. The best part is that Zach brings the flooring store right to your door, making the entire process so convenient. I'm pleased with the carpet and installation, however I urge anyone doing business with this company to get a hard copy invoice from the sales rep prior to paying a down payment. I was quoted $3K, and then told the company would install my carpet at discount price of $2K. I was asked to pay an upfront down payment of $500 so they could purchase materials. My down payment was actually $1500 and I didn't catch it or passed it off as higher than what I was initially told. I ended up paying a final $1500 after install. No discount, all smoke and mirrors. I even have an invoice from them mentioning a $500 down payment.

The whole team was amazing. Zach was great about responding very quickly to all the questions I had and getting us set up for an install on short notice. Kyle did an amazing job laying the tile and was very polite when answering any questions while they were installing.

Great experience using Floor Coverings International West OKC. I needed carpet in a bedroom and closet and even though it was a small job, the price was very fair and they completed the work fast with a high quality carpet. Very impressed with the entire process from start to finish.
