Zach Hines, the owner of Floor Coverings International West OKC (not to be confused with Floor Coverings International OKC Metro) is a genuinely kind, knowledgable, and caring guy. He answered all our questions, gave his honest opinions on matters that we were debating about, never rush or pressure us, and offered us a really good price! And he is good is communicating with us, too! There was a little hiccup but he made it right and even exceed it! Now, it's time to enjoy our new and beautiful floor! Thank you Zach! You are amazing! We highly recommend Zach Hines for anyone who plan to get their flooring project done.

Fast response & wonderful job.Zach & Company solved my problem. My carpet was unraveling in the doorways maybe due to my robot vacuum. They came out & secured it really well. Would highly recommend for your flooring needs.

HCI has a nice selection of carpets. I found just the color I was looking for less than their competitors. Once the carpet arrived I was able to get it installed the next day. The installers were on time, finished quickly and cleaned up their mess before leaving. I will definitely use them for my flooring needs in the future.

Zach Hines was great to work with. He spent the time to answer my questions and was also the best price compared to our other bids. There was a small hiccup with one of our baseboards not being put back after the crew had removed it to install our tile. I texted Zach and it was fixed the same day. Fair pricing, does what he says he will do, and fixes things if they don’t go according to plan the first time. Overall great experience!
