Scott and his team at FCI were great. They answered all of our questions, were very informative when showing carpet samples and talking to us about financing options. Scott even took the time to draw up multiple proposals so that we knew exactly how much everything was going to cost depending on which rooms we chose to have carpet/LVP installed in. All around, a great experience!

I cannot say enough about the team effort of Floor Coverings International! From the initial contact with Scott Blomgren, to the Project Manager, Jeb; the onsite work team of Alex Rodas who was the everyday face of the effort! These guys knocked it out of the park with our bathroom remodels! I am posting before and after photos of these two bathrooms due to the huge contrast! Now updated, elegant AND comfortable! On Nov 2024, Floor covering -international replaced roughly 3K square foot of flooring throughout my house to include tile work in my laundry room - pantry. Shortly after the install I found multiple discrepancies and reported it to Scott. So, now fast forward to Feb 2026 and the issues have not been taken care of. Numerous attempts to Scott via email and texts with no solution but definitely excuses. I have exhausted all avenues and will be reporting FLoor Coverings international to the —Better Business -Bureau.
