On Nov 2024, Floor covering -international replaced roughly 3K square foot of flooring throughout my house to include tile work in my laundry room - pantry. Shortly after the install I found multiple discrepancies and reported it to Scott. So, now fast forward to Feb 2026 and the issues have not been taken care of. Numerous attempts to Scott via email and texts with no solution but definitely excuses. I have exhausted all avenues and will be reporting FLoor Coverings international to the —Better Business -Bureau.

Replaced tile in our “new to us” kitchen, master bathroom, laundry room, pantry and powder bath along with a redo of the master shower. Also replaced carpet in 3 bedrooms. Scott and crew were a blessing to have on this project from start to finish. We highly recommend!! They are attentive and a great help every step of the way. We will use them again on future projects, no doubt!
