I haven't gotten new carpeting in years and was dreading the experience. What a pleasure to do business with Floor Coverings International! They were so professional and helpful. Darryl was wonderful and I can't say enough about Stephen and Josh. From moving furniture and laying the carpet, they were top notch! I would highly recommend this company! And I love that they come to your home with samples!

I was very pleased with my entire experience with Floor Coverings International. The proposal process with Jamie was easy and painless. Once I committed, I was given an installation date and it was right on schedule. The installers, Daryl and James, were two extremely hard workers and completed flooring in our basement and master bedroom in four days. The floors look great and we are thrilled with the results. I will definitely be talking to Floor Coverings International for any additional flooring needs.

We had new carpet installed in most of our house, having had Floor Coverings International replace the carpet in one room previously. Both experiences were exceptional. From our design associate Jamie Myers, to Clarita and her installation crew, everyone was outstanding to work with. The job was beautifully done, and the results exceeded our expectations. We definitely will be calling them again, next for tiling!

What a successful experience I had updating my living room with new carpet. Jamie provided samples that matched what I had in mind, and the installers were terrific – experienced and efficient. Everything went smoothly, and I love my new carpet!

John and his team were so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. We had our basement flooring updated with a combination of LVT and carpeting. The carpet feels like we’re walking on a cloud! The installer of the LVT did a perfect installation job. I would highly recommended them to anyone needing flooring!!
