We had new carpet put in our bedrooms up stairs of a house we moved into. They were so easy to work with fast and efficient and it was so nice anyone we were in communication with was so friendly and helpful and the carpet feels very luxurious. 10/10 definitely recommend

The owner John came out several times with samples and a lot of patience. The install team did a fantastic job, we couldn't be happier with the end results. Thanks for making the entire experience less stressful than was expected.

Flooring International was amazing to work with from the sales rep Darrel to the installers. They were the ONLY company out of 3 that could Locate the exact floor we wanted. They are very professional and personal. They also installed 3 rooms in less than two full days and also setup our install date less than 10 days from picking out our floor. I would highly recommend this company and we will use them in the future.

I was able to schedule a consultation appointment online. Jamie showed up right on time. It was very convenient to be able to have him go out to his van and get floor samples that could match my backsplash and my kitchen. The installers were very nice and polite. My contractor had over cut the carpet in one area adjacent to the kitchen and Chris was able to take a piece that I had and seam it back together instead of having to put flooring where it shouldn’t be. You can’t even tell where he patched it in. I love my new flooring! They have a project manager that oversees things, and he came out to check everything and to make sure that the edging was the correct color to match my woodwork that was already in place. Very thorough. Great company to work with. Highly recommend.!

I was not happy with the service. Unprofessional and once the sales guy sold you the product he never followed back up with you. I had to keep calling to find anything out. Never got a call the day before instalation. I was promised that I would have instalation before my move in date. That didn't happen. Installer kept leaving. It took 4 days to install three rooms. The house was left with carpeting cuttings all over. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
