I was able to schedule a consultation appointment online. Jamie Showed up right on time. It was very convenient to be able to have him go out to his van and get four samples that could match my backsplash and my kitchen. The installers were very nice. And polite. My contracts are had over cut the carpet and Chris was able to take a piece that I had and seam it back together instead of having to put flooring where it shouldn’t be. You can’t even tell where he patched it in. I love my new flooring! They have a project manager that overseas things, and he came out to check everything and to make sure that the edging was the correct color to my woodwork that was already in place. Very thorough. Great company to work with. Highly recommend.!

I was not happy with the service. Unprofessional and once the sales guy sold you the product he never followed back up with you. I had to keep calling to find anything out. Never got a call the day before instalation. I was promised that I would have instalation before my move in date. That didn't happen. Installer kept leaving. It took 4 days to install three rooms. The house was left with carpeting cuttings all over. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The salesperson described exactly and gave us multiple options to find what we wanted. We had our kitchen floor replaced and carpet installed in our family room. The installers were excellent.

Had an awesome experience with FCI this week! I requested a free estimate on Monday. It was planned for Tuesday, and received my quote. The numbers came in well below other quotes so we signed and by Thursday, the carpet on my stairs and landing was installed. Such a quick and painless process!

I had used this company for a larger job earlier and was very happy with their service. When it came time to update a bedroom, I contacted them again since it had gone well previously. I worked with Darrell both times. He was prompt and efficient. The installer had been to my house as well. It is nice to work with the same people. Again, the job was completed in a single day and the work excellent.
