We had hard wood flooring installed in four rooms and the entry way of our home. The installers did an excellent job not only with the installation but in the clean up when completed. They were not only hard working but very detailed oriented threw out the job. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased.

Matt and Traci and their team at Floor Coverings International have once again provided an excellent flooring experience! Yesterday, wood floor refinisher Don and his team, provided a service referred to as “screen and coat” Within a 3-1/2 hour total time frame our wood kitchen floor was refinished and topped with 2 coats of commercial grade sealant, resulting in a beautiful product. We had Floor Coverings International-Stow install carpeting in 2 bedrooms and a living room, about 4 years prior, so we did not hesitate to have them provide this service. Sandwiched in between those experiences, some may recall that I asked Matt if he could refer a source for a durable, commercial grade, stair tread! Many floor covering firms may largely ignore such a small order, however Matt researched, sourced it and I was able to complete another DIY project! For those prospective customers in the Strongsville area, you will now also benefit from the floor covering expertise, attention to detail, and very fair pricing, Matt and his team are providing!

It's rare these days to look at a home project you need done and not having to think much about it because you have someone you TRUST to do it well at a good price. I've gotten work done with FCI but specifically worked with John a couple of times the last 5 years and the best part of my experience goes beyond which you'd expect baseline from any contractor. Not only are the products installed on each of my projects (all LVP but different rooms/purpose) durable and great quality, but the trust goes farther. John is extremely knowledgeable and real world about the jobs I've needed done and realistic about timelines, and offered alternatives when appropriate. It is enlightening how intelligent and attune he was with aspects of my projects I hadn't thought about. A year after one of my installs, I had a goof up and messed up a part of our new floor. I assumed I'd get no response when I texted John asking what I could do about it and he swung by to look at it a few days later and fixed it in about 10 minutes. I used to be a Lowes install project person because I thought they were the cheapest. Now I'm realizing the big box stores are the absolute worst way you can go. Services I've had done by Lowes have ended up not lasting more than a couple years or had awful installs and worse customer service. The price point with FCI has always been fair and made sense. I appreciate John and his team being extremely prompt and responsive over the years. Excited to get our basement redone next.
