Brian was great to work with for the estimate and even came out a second time to re-show carpet samples after I had freshly painted my walls. Overall I am very happy with my carpet, it is excellent quality and was installed well. The crew worked quickly and efficiently on installation day and the price for the work was less than competitors. I am very happy that I chose Floor Coverings International for my flooring.

My partner and I had carpet installed from them on a few jobs about a year and a half ago. A lot of the carpet needs restretched and parts of it are coming apart at the seams. Not only that, they have seams in doorways where there is a lot of walking and now they are showing through. My partner tried calling the owner a couple of times to try and have it fixed but we never heard back from him.

Prices were fair and honest. Workmanship was excellent. Great place if you're in the market for new floors. Apologies for the prior post, it was meant for a different company that gave us the run around.

On time, that means a lot. Good service (vinyl flooring). Family room, 2 bathrooms, utility room, living & dining rooms. (2 minor repair issues not affecting the rating). Local & family owned. Ali is the wife of the owner & does service & phone answering. Chris Bravo is an installer with 2 assistants. We also had carpeting done with a different crew (same company) who also did a great job.

We are totally satisfied with our new basement floor that includes the basement steps. The sales representative was knowledgeable and provided us various options to choose from. The installers did a great job the floor and sreps look great. The left the basement clean.
