Visited Floor Coverings International and met Matt and Nick who helped me to determine what I wanted and were very competitive with other carpet stores. Matt came to my home with samples and measured the room the next day. The carpet was ordered and when it arrived, Nick coordinated the installation. Jose and Andreas arrived the morning I chose and removed the old carpet and swept up the dust and installed the padding and new carpet and it is a great color. Everyone was very customer service oriented. Jose and Andreas cleaned up every scrap and vacuumed the new carpet as well as putting the furniture back where it belonged. They couldn’t have been nicer. I recommend you give this company a try and you won’t be sorry

Floor Coverings International took care of everything! They came to our home, were professional and courteous, and gave us a great price to redo our carpeting in the home. Additionally, they helped us pick out LVP floors for our home in Myrtle Beach and had them shipped to South Carolina! The entire process was easy. Matt, Tracy and their team were wonderful to work with!

Brian was great to work with for the estimate and even came out a second time to re-show carpet samples after I had freshly painted my walls. Overall I am very happy with my carpet, it is excellent quality and was installed well. The crew worked quickly and efficiently on installation day and the price for the work was less than competitors. I am very happy that I chose Floor Coverings International for my flooring.

My partner and I had carpet installed from them on a few jobs about a year and a half ago. A lot of the carpet needs restretched and parts of it are coming apart at the seams. Not only that, they have seams in doorways where there is a lot of walking and now they are showing through. My partner tried calling the owner a couple of times to try and have it fixed but we never heard back from him.
