FCI did a fantastic job with updating the flooring in our Living Room, Dining Area, Kitchen, Bathroom, and Laundry room with LVP. From getting the initial quote from Mike, to working with Nick to schedule a date for install and most importantly, the install team. They left our home organized and clean during the install and did such a professional job. I would highly recommend them!! Photos coming soon!!

Floor Coverings International has replaced 75% of the flooring in my home. Brian was remarkably patient with my wife who is very careful and intentional in her selections. After completing the carpeted areas, Brian was remarkably helpful in his recommendations for the luxury vinyl for the kitchen, entrance and hallway. The workers were wonderful and timely on the install. I will continue to use them and recommend them to my friends and family.

Wonderful experience buying flooring here! Our floors look amazing and we had the best installation team ever! Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and kind… Michael, Matthew, Tracy , Nick and Brandon make a great team! Brandon was extremely helpful when the stair carpeting arrived in a different shade from the sample … he went to bat for us, spoke to the supplier and was able to secure a great carpet that tied in with the color scheme! We’re so happy we chose FCI and will use them again!

I used Floor Coverings International in Stow as I like to support our community businesses. This was a great experience and very competitive pricing. Matt brought carpet choices to my home the next day and measured to determine my needs. The carpet was ordered, arrived and installed in a timely manner. Jose and Andreas removed the old carpet, swept the floor and installed the new carpet as well as cleaning up and replacing the furniture. They were very customer oriented and the job was set up and coordinated by Nick. I am very happy with results and will use them for future needs.
