From the planning phase to completion of the project, the Floor Coverings International team was absolutely incredible! They were very flexible with scheduling, they were all knowledgeable about products, and they were super friendly on top of it. We would definitely recommend using them for flooring needs, and we would not hesitate to call them for projects in the future!

I recently had new engineered hardwood flooring installed in my kitchen and carpet in the basement. I couldn’t have been happier with John Schnell and his team at Floor Coverings International. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. He took the time to meet with me at my home, and at his store to ensure the right flooring was selected for each space. He went above and beyond, even painting the toe kick to match the kitchen cabinets. After insulation, he took the time to correct any details that needed his attention. To top it off, John even sent me a Boner cleaning system to help keep the flooring looking it’s best. It’s that kind of attention to detail and customer service that really stands out. The installers were punctual, professional, and respectful at my home. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the finished product and entire experience, I would highly recommend Floor Coverings Intetnational to anyone looking for a Quality Flooring and exceptional service.

We had a great experience with FCI! We moved into a new home and needed the flooring replaced before moving our stuff in. They were able to accommodate our schedule and the floors turned out beautiful! After going rounds with another company, FCI came in and took over making the process smooth, quick and easy. The removal and install only took a day and they were prompt and polite! We couldn’t be happier!

I visited today with my 8yo son for a small project in my home and was met with associate John Schnell. After explaining my project, the enthusiasm changed a bit. Understandably, Probably not a big money job. The cause for my review is that my son who was standing about as still as an 8yo at a carpet store could stand, was asked directly by John, and I quote, “Are you ready to go back to school with all your ADHD and fidgeting”. I was a bit surprised at John’s quick medical diagnosis as a flooring professional and his comfort level to say that to a child in the presence of their parent. The conversation did not end with that and continued on inappropriately. I completed my visit professionally and asked for a card and left without disruption. I personally will not do business with this company and would not recommend them to anyone regardless of the quality of work or their price.

Amazing flooring company all around. Had a complex hardwood flooring project done at my home. Michael was so helpful in getting the estimate scheduled and set up. John, who seems to be a Rainman type flooring expert, came out and assessed my flooring project. It was super informative as every time I’ve tried a flooring project in my properties I always seem to measure improperly and can never get the stairs right. He taught me a lot during the estimate. Nick, the production manager, handled everything on the back end. Super smooth transition from order to project. Doug and his son Jared installed the flooring perfectly and seamlessly. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.
