I was very impressed by the services rendered. Not only the job of the floor (we got premium luxury vinyl wood, and the color match was phenomenal). but also how the tall hat guy , I think he says he is five star floor guy. My son is autistic and it makes him happy and excited when he sees adults like him. I was glad to support a business that is run by a successful person in the autism spectrum community. Thank you. Would recommend.

I was very impressed with the wood selections and the helpful staff at FCI. Rudy (sp.?), the installer, was a true craftsman and he was able to work out a few subfloor issues I had. All large furniture moving and trim removal and reinstallation was done well. I would definitely use them again.

We used Florida Coverings International to completely replace all the flooring in a recently purchased home. From sales to installation, we couldn't be happier. They were in constant communication -- arrived on time and completed the job on time. Highly recommend Michael and his team.

They texted me to ensure that they will get back to me Well.. never ever followed up with me , and never let me know if they can or can't do the job , so they decided to ghost me totally unprofessional (Thanks for sending me those pictures. I will go over them with our installation manager and let you know if this is something we could help with ) this was his text , does look like I have to call and ask you to please do the job ? I already know about the ballpark of price he mentioned that's not the point ,point is never followed up with me which is so unprofessional

Starting with meeting Michael at an exhibit downtown and then working with Brandon in sales the experience was really good!
