It was a pleasure working with Brandon. He was straightforward: no hidden agendas. When making a major purchase, you want to make sure you get it right. I loved the fact that I didn't feel pressured into making a decision. The installers were punctual and courteous. They explained each stepped and finished the job in a timely manner. My new floors look amazing. We get complements every time someone visits. Look forward to working with them again.

We had Floor Coverings in Stow install hardwood throughout our entire first floor and I can’t express enough how great they are to work with. Brandon came to our home with a bunch of samples and answered all of our questions. He helped us pick the perfect hardwood for our home, a nice white oak by Hallmark and it looks incredible! Installer Nick was such a great guy and hard worker. Michael kept in contact with us throughout the project and everything went amazingly. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with FCI!

Brandon was awesome, plenty of choices once we decided on the look we wanted. Appreciate the patients, we can take our time making a decision probably too much time.
