Recently, we bought an older home and really wanted to replace the first floor with all the same floors. John at Floor Coverings came out and helped us find the best option for our home and lifestyle. The new hardwood is engineered and durable. We like a more rustic look, so John and Michael helped us find something that was rustic with a modern charm. The variation hides any dirt or dog hair, which is important for us! The installers, Doug and his son Jarid, were awesome to have in our home and answered any questions along the way. Nick communicated with us throughout the entire project and made things so easy. Our space really came together with the addition of the new hardwood, and we couldn’t be happier with what Floor Coverings did to help us find the perfect new flooring!

This place is amazing from the first moment meeting with the salesperson John (who you cant help but love him and his pink shoes ) to the final cleanup it was so well coordinated. I have never had so much attention to every detail. The installers knew what they were doing and took the time to explain the different decisions I had to make. The whole team really is top notch. I was thinking since they were not a large box store I was going to pay more for my floor but after researching they came in lower than the large box store ( which was going to order more material than I really needed)So if you're looking for a new flooring call the STOW office I promise you wont be disappointed

We had been looking around for new carpeting at one of the big box stores when a friend told us they had used FCI and loved their experience. I have to say, it was some great advice! The team at Floor Coverings International in Stow helped us pick the best carpet for our family that stayed within our budget and time frame. The new carpeting looks great, and it really warms up our home! Thank you to Matt, Tracy and their team for making the process so easy!

Working with Floor Coverings International was super easy! Brandon brought samples to our home and answered all our questions. When the installers (Daniel and Sammy) took up the floor, they recognized some abnormal high spots with our subfloor and secured it down to make it nice and flat. The new floor looks incredible and really holds up well with our big dogs running around on it. Working with FCI was a breeze from the start to finish.

Our old carpet was dingy, flattened, and ugly so we wanted to find something new and more plush. Matt with Floor Coverings brought us samples and helped us choose a great carpet for our full upstairs. Instead of getting the same carpet on the stairs, he recommended a light pattern carpet that’s made for stairs, and it looks awesome. Working with Nick and his installation team of Al and Frank was super easy – and they did a GREAT job! Michael and Tracy were so nice when we stopped by to thank them for helping us in the process. We love supporting local businesses and were so happy to find one that were so wonderful to work with!

We’ve had FCI do a couple of projects for us now. They always treat us well and give us a fair price. The commercial grade carpet tile has made our business so much cleaner and nicer - our employees love it. And the hybrid waterproof floor they put in one of our rentals is durable and absolutely stunning! Working with Tracy, Matt and their team has been a great experience. Their installers are clean, professional and always work hard. Thanks FCI for making our flooring projects such a great experience!

We had a great experience with team at Floor Coverings International! After getting a couple of other in-home estimates where we felt pressured, John from FCI came out and gave us a couple of options and didn’t pressure us at all. Plus, he provided a solution that the others didn’t even offer. Brandon came out and brought us some more color samples and when it was time to have it installed, Nick and Michael made the whole process seamless. I love that we never had to leave our home and go to a store through the whole thing - it was so easy! We definitely recommend Floor Coverings to anyone searching for new floors!

After being in our house for 20 years, we decided to renovate our kitchen and almost the entire first floor. Matt Moten came out and gave us great suggestions and did all the measurements. We had to take out a combination of old ceramic tile, carpet, and dated oak wood flooring. Daniel and Samuel did all of the old floor removal and installation of our new luxury vinyl plank throughout. We love our new flooring and could not be happier!!! The workmanship was fantastic. These guys work so hard!! And every day they cleaned up well beyond what I expected. We trusted these guys in our house and would definitely go back for future flooring needs. We have found that sticking with a small, family-run business is the way to ensure the best quality of work. I have included photos , but please note that the space is still in the renovation process, but these floors are great!!
