Michael was kind and helpful setting up and arranging my appointment. Brandon came out to quote the job on my bathroom floor and was very knowledgeable and finally a week later Nick the installer did a great job on the finish project. I'm happy with the way everything went.

The products we ordered were perfect for our great room. Installation was spot on. With one exception. The transition between the vinyl flooring and kitchen tile was not satisfactory. The salesman rep said he'd fix it, but never came back.

We used John and his team for a project covered by insurance. They were communicative, started and ended on time, and cared about the quality of the finished product far more than you would expect out of an insurance referral. I would recommended them for any flooring projects.

My mother needed new flooring a couple weeks ago and so she reached out here and I helped her facilitate the process because she is older and has trouble reading fine print. Everything was fine at first and the flooring was looking great. John also seemed really nice at first, but he was on his phone constantly and appeared to be fighting people on social media. I was uncomfortable because it impacted his mood negatively throughout the flooring process. Whoever he was fighting with was making him angry which scared us both at times. I’d personally prefer paying people who just do business and not spend time on their phones. I get multitasking but if it’s making him riled up, I don’t think that’s productive.

Our new floor looks amazing! Brandon and Michael were super responsive and helpful during the quoting and spec process. The installation team showed up on time and did a clean and thorough job leveling our old floor to put new sheet vinyl on top. We're also thankful for Brandon's expertise in helping us pick the right product and working around the quirks of our old house.

We needed to replace the old, cracked porcelain tile floor in our kitchen and half bath as tiles were coming up and it was time. We were originally considering going with LVP or a click-lock product, but during our search we contacted Floor Coverings International to come out and quote us on sheet vinyl. Brandon was tremendously helpful in educating us about our uneven floor and explaining why some of the other products would likely fail over time. He also looked at some of our inspiration photos and brought some similar samples for us to look at. We had previously scoured the internet for nice looking non-tile floor options and came up dry, but we absolutely love the unique pattern we went with through Brandon! Plus, it’s a high quality product by Mannington that we know will last a good while. The install only took one day (10am–5pm) and the father-son team was super professional. They did fantastic work with the new subfloor, vinyl, and transitions, and they also disposed of the old tile and subfloor we had stripped ourselves that we were going to have to deal with later. The entire process of working with FCI was phenomenal, the cost was reasonable, and we will absolutely work with them again for future flooring projects when the time comes! I love our new kitchen floor!!! Thank you guys!

My fiancé and I had carpet installed in our home, and FCI Stow was fantastic to work with. Communication was quick and clear, everyone was very personable, and they made sure all of our questions were answered. They even let us keep carpet samples in our home for over a week so we could take our time deciding which style we wanted. The experience was smooth from beginning to end, and we’re very pleased with the results.

I can't say enough about Floor Coverings International employees. We were treated like family or a really good neighbor. Michael could be a Manny he holds your hand throughout the whole process. He is always available to answer questions promptly. If he doesn't have the answer he will get it ASAP. Pleasant and Knowledgeable. Brandon comes out promptly with samples, measures everything and explains the differences in flooring types like thickness wear & tear. Brandon was a pleasure to work with while he was waiting patiently for his 3rd child to arrive. Nick brought out our area rug and gave us samples on the molding of what our floors would look like. Jerod and Doug installed our flooring in a very timely fashion. Jerod even came out on Saturday Valentines day his day off to finish a couple of things to satisfy us. And last but not least thanks to Morty for having the same flooring as us not same color but proving the wear and tear ruff and tumble that 4 paws can bring to the floor will uphold. We are very happy with our color of Laminate flooring, shoe molding, soft step underlayment and area rug. Thanks to all. God Bless!
