We just had backsplash installed in our kitchen and it experienced white glove treatment from everyone on the FCI team! From the owner Matt, our salesperson Alex, and the 2 fine installers, everyone demonstrated exemplary service. We will definitely recommend to everyone we know! Keep up the great work!

I highly recommend FCI. Alex did a great job helping us to narrow down our choice of lvp and carpet for the first floor of our condo and it exceeded our expectations. The install crews were prompt, courteous and did a professional job. Alex regularly checked on the progress and quality of the work. We are very pleased. If you are looking for new flooring give FCI a call.

It was time to replace all the old flooring & carpeting in my house w/ something new & fresh. I had all the big boys including empire for estimates & interviews but was unfortunately disappointed w/ the products and prices being quoted. Lots of bad reviews and information on the better business bureau warns people to stay away from these company's. I got a referral from a friend to check out Floor Covering International. He sent pictures of hardwood floors he had installed and others refinished. I couldn't find any bad google reviews or negative information on the BBB website so I reached out. Their presentation was low key, product lines a considerable upgrade & estimate considerably lower than others being a smaller company w/ a better warranty so I signed the contract and placed the order. I won't tell you the entire process was w/ out its hiccups and issues because it wasn't. I had to reach out to the owner and office people regarding several issues but they stepped up immediately to ensure my satisfaction. It's not easy watching your home being torn apart, floors leveled and people working but in spite of numerous issues addressed on scene, all issues were taken care of and the finished product is flawless and stunning.

FCI did a great job on our carpet install. Ryan provided excellent communication every step of the way. I was able to text him when I had a couple questions and he was super responsive. I shopped so many places and price, quality and communication were my top 3 deciding factors. Fast turnaround from when I placed my order. I can’t speak highly enough about their installers. 5 bedrooms and a hallway done in about 8 hours. They’re one of the only places who will move all the heavy furniture. They’re took beds apart and put everything back exactly where it was. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

It was a pleasure to work with everyone at Floor Coverings International. Ryan was great to measure and send our estimate, Tegan was quick and pleasant to answer any questions, Matthew worked with our schedule to get the flooring installed at our convenience and Tyler inspected the work when it was completed to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job. To say customer service is a priority for this company is an understatement! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We LOVE our new floor!!
