If I could give Floor Coverings International more than five stars, I absolutely would. From start to finish, this was hands down the most professional team we have ever had the pleasure of working with — and the results speak for themselves. We had our bathroom floors replaced (original 1950 linoleum with vinyl flooring, and deteriorating plywood boards) and were blown away by how quickly the entire project came together. Matthew and his team are truly exceptional. Rather than pushing us toward a costly, time-consuming complete remodel, they listened to our needs and found a creative, efficient solution to our problem that saved us time, money, and stress. That kind of thoughtful, client-first problem solving is rare, and it made all the difference. The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding — we always knew exactly what to expect and when. No surprises, no delays, just a seamless experience from the initial consultation all the way through to completion. Ever, who handled our installation, did absolutely incredible work. His craftsmanship is top-notch, and he treated our home with the utmost care and respect. You could tell he takes real pride in what he does. We couldn’t be happier with our new floors and the entire experience. Floor Coverings International has earned a customer for life, and we will be recommending Matthew and his team to everyone we know!

We’re so incredibly happy we went with Floor Coverings International for our new floors and baseboards! They look amazing and the team was wonderful to work with. Matthew was so professional, clear, and communicative. He answered every question I had and gave us the confidence and support we needed throughout this project. The office staff was always easy to reach and extremely helpful and Daniel and our crew were kind, quick, and they expertly installed a replacement on our subfloor, new LVP, and baseboards. They even cut around our board and batten to make room for a larger baseboard and while I was concerned this would end up looking off, it’s perfect! I will absolutely be calling them again when it’s time to update our second floor and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless experience for upgrading their flooring.

Customer service is great. The workers were good and worked the whole day without any breaks. The only problem was with resetting the pedestals sink in the bathroom and is going to be addressed. If I needed a flooring company again is would choose them again Thank you Betsy Kaiser
