I was very pleased working with FCI - Northwest, to refinish my hardwood floors. Communication and scheduling by the team over those days were excellent, and the whole process went as smooth as I could have ever imagined. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International. We had a very positive experience in every step of the process. The guy I first spoke with on the phone was very kind and helpful. The rep Alex who came to my house for the estimate was also kind and very professional. The installer did an amazing job in a timely manner. The price was fair. And I was grateful that they were able to get us on their schedule quickly, as I wanted the work done before a specific date. We are very pleased with our whole experience from start to finish.
