I liked Alex the second he walked in our door. He listened to what we were envisioning for our home, he came prepared with a variety of samples and was respectful being in our home. His knowledge of the product was exceptional and we definitely got what we were promised! The entire process was seamless, in and out in 3 days with beautiful results! I would highly recommend!

Very easy to work with the Salesman Ryan to the installer who I did not get his name was great. Installer was there for a day and it looks beautiful. I would highly recommend. Excellent communication with the office. We are very pleased.

The floors look amazing! Renee and Miguel did an excellent job. Great communication delivered everything they promised! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get new floors. Excellent selection and affordable. If the price is too high. They will definitely work with you to bring it down. Ryan is an excellent salesman. No pressure sales he listens to all of your needs. Will come up with a plan to get the job done!

I could not have contracted with a better company to do my floors! FCI’s installers know their stuff, are respectable and worked their butts off to get things done during the time frame committed. I had about 1500 sf of existing glued engineered hardwood floor removed and replaced with laminate, carpet, and ceramic tile. Matthew and his crews were all attentive, responsive and respectful of my property and everyone. It was a week and a half project and we stayed at home during this time including 4 dogs! I can say it was very stressful as what renovation isn’t, but I was confident in and looking forward to the end results. The installation was immaculate with very little baseboard touch ups, which was expected. I truly LOVE MY FLOORS and know I will enjoy them for years to come! Thank you FCI!

Ryan and his brother and their team did fantastic! They completed a restain on our whole first floor and second and it’s more beautiful than I could’ve asked for! We wanted a natural finish with a hint of tint. We can’t wait to move into a fresh home with beautiful oak real wood floors! See before (first pic) and after. It was orangey stain with tons of scratches now it’s a smooth natural and beautiful finish. Thank you so much!
