FCI (Floor Coverings International) delivered on all of their promises for schedule, quality and warranty. Hardwood flooring with carpet augmentation and woodwork repair was conducted by skilled installers who were proficient and un-obtrusive. We highly recommend FCI for this type of installation.

When a leak from a water supply pipe under our kitchen sink caused extensive damage to our kitchen floor, we contacted several flooring companies. FCI (Floor Coverings International) was not the most expensive nor the least expensive, but their representative, Ryan, demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of what would be required. He even warned that mold might be a possibility, which would require a mold remediation company. FCI did wonderful work on removing and cleaning up the old floor and installing a beautiful new floor. Their technicians were knowledgeable (especially Iver (sp?) ) who was a master craftsman at installing the flooring, baseboards and molding, and ensuring that there were no difficult bumps in the thresholds between rooms. We would confidently urge anyone in need of new flooring to go with FCI. They do excellent work, and do everything to ensure that their customers are pleased. I received an estimate for hardwood from Floor Coverings International (FCI) for a small flooring project and it was just under $900. I got my second quote from another company, Diebles Flooring, and their estimate was $450. The job turned out beautifully and it was about half of what Floor Coverings International (FCI) wanted to charge us. Who would you choose? Everyone I talked to and that came to the house from Deibles was very nice. They did great work.

Alex and Matthew were amazing to work with. We came to them with a serious flooring issue left behind by another contractor, and they were incredible partners throughout the process of getting our floors completely redone and installed correctly. Their attention to detail was evident throughout every step of the project, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about getting the job done right. I would highly recommend Alex and Matthew and would absolutely use them again for another project!
