Customer service is great. The workers were good and worked the whole day without any breaks. The only problem was with resetting the pedestals sink in the bathroom and is going to be addressed. If I needed a flooring company again is would choose them again Thank you Betsy Kaiser

I only deal with local businesses who get five-star reviews and have plenty of legitimate reviews. Once again, the process did not disappoint! Ryan came out to give me an estimate. Very professional and conscientious. I showed him an estimate for the proposed work from a “budget” tile and carpet company my daughter had got for me. When Ryan worked his numbers they actually came out lower - for a superior product and service. The order arrived almost immediately. Floor Coverings International does not subcontract out the work to whomever is passing by. They have teams that have been dedicated to them for years. (I had a painful and costly experience in the past working with fly-by-night “Larry and Moe” who would show up on “Tuesday.” They just never mentioned WHICH Tuesday! They messed up the job and then I had to pay to have them fix it. I vowed I would never repeat that mistake. That’s why now I only deal with five-star suppliers.) Got a text from Apryll about when the tile and flooring installers would arrive for the install. They actually came early - and worked for 14 hours straight to get the job done! Then the carpet installers arrived and displayed the same level of commitment and dedication to excellence. I now feel like I live in a new house! Could not be more pleased! Excellent, smoothness experience from beginning to end.

We are very pleased with Floor Coverings International and offer the highest recommendation. We had both vinyl flooring and carpet installed in our condo and could not be happier with the entire process: estimate, product options, scheduling, workmanship and clean up. The project was finished on time and we appreciated having a project manager available for any questions and communication.
