Process was quick and easy. Lots of flooring choice’s to pick from. Installers are very good and work quickly while keeping the home as clean and tidy as possible while tearing out old flooring. Entire first floor was completed in one day. Would definitely recommend FCI and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We had a unique project that we approached Lauren and Todd with - adding carpet to a metal spiral staircase - and they crushed it. They made sure we got the exact carpet we wanted, were extremely attentive to detail and communicative and professional throughout the entire process. We used the same carpeting on our traditional staircase and we love the finished product. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
