We had an excellent experience with our laminate and carpet installation. The crews were amazing. They took the time to make sure everything was installed perfectly. Todd and Lauren at Floor Coverings International were wonderful to work with, and this is the second time I’ve used them. This time, they installed two custom stair runners in my Westerville home, and the entire experience was smooth, professional, and well organized from start to finish. Their mobile showroom is such a helpful part of the process because it allows you to view flooring and stair runner options right in your home and choose what works best for your space. The ordering timeline was very reasonable, communication was excellent, and their installation crew was phenomenal. The finished stair runners look beautiful, and the workmanship really stands out. A company I work with referred me to FCI for some carpeting projects, and I’m so glad they did. I spoke with Lauren, who was very pleasant, helpful, and quick to come out and provide a quote. I had two projects: one immediate and one for the future and she handled both with ease. I moved forward with the first project and was thoroughly impressed. The installer, Christian, did an excellent job. He was friendly, communicated his plan clearly, and his work turned out great. Todd also followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied, which I really appreciated. Overall, great customer service and a job well done!
