We worked with Ken to select the best option to replace existing carpet when we moved in to our new home! We had a very quick turn around time right before Thanksgiving! Lauren was great to work with and very accommodating to our busy schedule. We replaced the carpet in our large basement with vinyl and Floor Coverings Int. completed with job in just one day! The new floors are beautiful. I would recommend FCI to anyone looking to replace their flooring.

Ken with Floor Covering International was fantastic. Showed me a floor sample that worked great in the bathroom. The crew that installed the floors were quick and efficient. Cleaned up the floors before leaving. Ken came after to inspect and check with in with us.

We had new flooring installed throughout our first floor during our kitchen renovation. Lauren provided us with all of the options and went out of her way to make sure we got what we wanted. The installation was seamless as they had to work around the renovation process. We love our new floor!! Already looking forward to having them install new flooring in our upstairs level.

Scheduled an in-home appointment. Lauren and her assistant arrived promptly, were very professional and personable , and answered all of my questions. Lauren left several flooring samples with me so that I could see how the flooring looked during different times of the day. She checked in with me to see if I had additional questions and got back with me right away. I would highly recommend!
