We had a wonderful experience. John was helpful and knowledgeable. Our installers Jose and Andreas were prompt and left our home clean. I received a check-in after the install and another check-in a week later. Cannot recommend FCI enough. Excellent experience.

This is the second flooring store in Strongsville that we have dealt with since June. This is now the only flooring store in Strongsville with which we want to deal. Everything is first rate, selection, availability, scheduling, contractors and customer service. They come to your home with samples and sales reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. We were under some time constraints and the project was ordered and completed in two weeks time as was mentioned as the time frame when we placed the work order. No need to look elsewhere when Flooring Coverings International has everything you need at a good price. We worked with Brian and Michael, highly recommend both.

LVP flooring was installed in our business office space. The flooring looks great. However, FCI fell short on communication and fixing finishing items like thresholds and cove base that lifted from the walls after the installation to fully complete the job.

I had a great experience with Michael and Brian at Floor Coverings International's Strongsville location. As a Realtor, my client's home had an unfortunate incident where the flooring was damaged weeks before closing. I explained the situation to Michael, and Brian was on it, finding a similar flooring, measuring, ordering and installing in a week's time. Floor looks great and we will close on time. Outstanding customer service!

I just wanted to let you know that your carpet installers did a fantastic job. They were very professional and answered any questions that we had during and after the installation. They treated our furniture like it was their own and put everything back where it was when they were done. I would recommend them for future installations. The carpet definitely met our expectations and we look forward to working with you again when we update the flooring on the first floor of our home later this year. Thanks again for a stress free installation of a great carpet.

Floor Coverings International (FCI) was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a very tight timeline for carpet installation and on short notice they were able to accommodate our schedule.
