LVP flooring was installed in our business office space. The flooring looks great. However, FCI fell short on communication and fixing finishing items like thresholds and cove base that lifted from the walls after the installation to fully complete the job.

I had a great experience with Michael and Brian at Floor Coverings International's Strongsville location. As a Realtor, my client's home had an unfortunate incident where the flooring was damaged weeks before closing. I explained the situation to Michael, and Brian was on it, finding a similar flooring, measuring, ordering and installing in a week's time. Floor looks great and we will close on time. Outstanding customer service!

I just wanted to let you know that your carpet installers did a fantastic job. They were very professional and answered any questions that we had during and after the installation. They treated our furniture like it was their own and put everything back where it was when they were done. I would recommend them for future installations. The carpet definitely met our expectations and we look forward to working with you again when we update the flooring on the first floor of our home later this year. Thanks again for a stress free installation of a great carpet.

FCI did a great job on our luxury vinyl replacement and carpeting in our basement after it flooded. We had just moved into our home. They were very prompt and flexible with our needs. For an unfortunate event t that happened, they made putting it back together seem less. Thank you again for your fantastic service!
