We're remodeling our home and had Floor Coverings from Middleburg quote our floors, along with a couple other local places. They were late for the appointment and didn't get us a price for a few days. Then, when they finally sent us a quote it was way higher than the other quotes we got. Every call or interaction with them seemed disorganized. We liked that they were in Middleburg because we live here too, but I can't give my business to someone that seems all over the place and overpriced.

On time, that means a lot. Good service (vinyl flooring). Family room, 2 bathrooms, utility room, living & dining rooms. (2 minor repair issues not affecting the rating). Local & family owned. Ali is the wife of the owner & does service & phone answering. Chris Bravo is an installer with 2 assistants. We also had carpeting done with a different crew (same company) who also did a great job.

We are totally satisfied with our new basement floor that includes the basement steps. The sales representative was knowledgeable and provided us various options to choose from. The installers did a great job the floor and sreps look great. The left the basement clean.

We wanted to redo the kitchen at our new house but did not want to break the bank. We did not do anything with the cabinets as that was the big ticket item we did not want to spend money on as they were good & in good condition. We had two friends who recommended Floor Coverings International, so glad they were recommended. They were able to help us by recommending a painter, plumber & a granite place where we could purchase the granite, the granite place did the installation on that & the sink. Allison Blasko is the owner of Floor Coverings International & she, her staff & crew helped us do what we needed to create our new kitchen. They did our new floor covering in Luxury Vinyl & they did a great job. The crew were here on time when they said they would’ve here, big plus in my book. They did the backsplash tile I had bought, Ali told me to pick it out & they installed it. We are very happy with the results & the way every thing went. I highly recommend them as we would use them again if we need anything else done.

I wish there was a way to not even leave 1 star. We had an appointment with Floor International from Middleburg to come to our home. First, they came late, didn’t give us a quote until several days later and it was almost double compared to the other quotes we received. Being late and high prices? Not a good mix.

We are thrilled with our new floors. Both the team that installed the vinyl flooring and the team that did the carpet did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

Brian, our sales rep, was very personable and professional. He listened to what I wanted and then helped me make the selection that was best for my situation. Delivery and installation guys were great. Very efficient and friendly. Overall I would give them 5 stars.

Dave and Ali are the type of sales people you want to work with when making this type of purchase. I chose them because they stayed involved during the entire process and had great follow up, I’m very pleased with the results - the carpeting looks great throughout my home. I highly recommend this company.
