"Phenomenal customer service from beginning to end. The follow up was phenomenal. I am NEVER going anywhere else for tile or flooring. I called FCI for a 2nd opinion after getting a bid for a tile repair that felt really high. It turns out, the original bid misdiagnosed the actual issue and after examining the tile in that bathroom and another that had a similar issue, FCI made the repairs for 20% of what the original bid was. It's nice to have contractors I can trust. I'm already referring them to anyone in my network who needs it. Also notable, as a franchisee-owned business, the owner is involved. He personally came to the initial visit with his team and personally followed up afterwards. I'm in the franchise industry, and can tell you that that kind of involvement means quality work is going to be done. A+. I wish I could give more stars."

Katie coordinated everything perfectly — she was on-site the first day to oversee furniture removal and checked in daily to make sure every detail was handled. The crew was professional, neat, and on time. When a small leak appeared behind my toilet, Katie immediately got a plumber out and kept the project on track. The team that handled the sanding provided stain samples and did a beautiful job matching the stairs to the new floors. The base moldings and finish work were flawless. "We recently had the pleasure of working with Floor Coverings International. We were supposed to get started around 10am, but they had some unfortunate events take place. With a few obstacles in their way Alex still managed to get two guys from another job to come out and take care of our home. My wife and I were in a serious time crunch as we have a new baby due in a couple weeks and Alex knew how important it was to us to get this taken care of. "Very good and smooth flooring experience. They help you purchase the wood, drop the wood at your place three days before installation, move big furniture out of the way, remove the old carpet and install the flooring! You don’t need to worry about anything. Just hand it off to them completely! They finished my two rooms beautifully within one day. Really nice people and overall great service and quality too! The pricing is also fairly reasonable for me, especially that I don’t want to do anything myself. I guess you can find cheaper options out there but not as hands-off or secure. They also give you proper contract to sign with warranty, and you can pay through card. These made me feel secure."

The floors look great. We had one minor issue with the toe molding that we discovered the week after the installation. Greg had one of the installers back to address the issue in just a few days.
